Abstract

PURPOSE:To lessen a reduction in the magnetic characteristics of an amorphous magnetic-core transformer, in particular to stabilize small the noise of the transformer and to suppress the irregularity of the performance of the transformer by a method wherein the transformer is constituted into such a structure that the weight of a coil, which is applied to a magnetic core, is decreased to lessen a stress to be applied to the magnetic core and at the same time, the stress is prevented from concentrating on the yoke part and corner parts, which support the outside of the magnetic core and to which a weight is most applied, of the magnetic core. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous magnetic-core transformer is provided with a magnetic core 2 formed by winding an amorphous magnetic alloy thin strip, upper and lower fitments 3 and 4, a coil 1, coil support materials 5 and a band 6, the materials 5 are respectively arranged on the upper and lower parts of the coil 1 to support the coil 1, the core 2 is supported by the fitments 3 and 4, the coil 1 is supported by the fitments 3 and 4 via the materials 5, the whole body is fixed integrally by the band 6 to form as a device body and the device body is housed in a case 8 or is installed on a floor in such a way that it is supported on the sides more outer than the intersection points of the extension lines of the internal surfaces of magnetic legs with the fitment 4 on the extension lines.

2. Description of the Related Art A silicon steel sheet having a thickness of 0.25 to 1.0 mm is used as a magnetic core material of a conventional transformer, and the steel sheet has strength and is easy to handle. That is, the magnetic core of the silicon steel sheet had a small effect of the coating film on the surface and did not cause a decrease in magnetic characteristics and a small change in shape even when external stress was applied.

When assembling the body, the coil 1 is mounted on the upper and lower metal parts 23 and 24 together with the magnetic core 20 through the upper and lower coil supporting members 5.
The coil 1 is assembled in the inner space of the magnetic core 20 via the insulating spacer 13, and the band 6 is placed along the magnetic core 20 and integrally fixed together with the upper and lower metal fittings 23 and 24. It was a body.

Since the magnetic core 20 has a large space factor and a large mechanical strength, it can be handled like a rigid body with almost no deformation with respect to stress such as coil weight, and has a small magnetostriction constant. However, the change in magnetic properties was small. Particularly for noise that is sensitive to stress, a container support 2 made of cork sheet is formed on the entire lower surface of the lower metal fitting 24.
Low noise could be realized by storing it in the case 8 or installing it on the floor.

However, an amorphous magnetic core having a low iron loss formed by winding an amorphous magnetic alloy ribbon having a thickness of about 25 μm, which is 1/10 or less that of a conventional silicon steel sheet, is used. However, since the space factor is small and the magnetostriction constant is large, it is sensitive to stress, and there is a problem in that even if a small force is applied, the shape change and the magnetic characteristics are easily deteriorated. Further, it is particularly delicate with respect to noise, and there is a problem in that there is a large variation in the noise level in the method of accommodating in the case or installing on the floor via the elastic body over the entire lower surface of the lower metal fitting of the container.

According to the above means, the weight of the coil applied to the magnetic core is reduced to reduce the stress due to the coil weight, and the outside of the magnetic core is supported so that the central portion of the lower metal fitting can be bent. Therefore, the stress is not concentrated on the yoke portion and the corner portion of the magnetic core, which is the heaviest, so that the deterioration of the magnetic characteristics can be reduced, especially the noise can be reduced, and the variation of the characteristics can be suppressed.

To assemble the body, the core bobbin 9 is arranged inside the magnetic core 2, the upper metal fitting 3 and the lower metal fitting 4 are assembled via the cushioning material A14, and the core bobbin 9 is further assembled by the support spacer 13 and the coil 1. The coil 1 is assembled so as to support it, while the coil 1 is assembled so that the upper metal fitting 3, the lower metal fitting 4, and the coil supporting material 5 are arranged above and below the coil 1 so as to support the coil 1, and are integrally fixed by the body band 6. To do. Then, in order to maintain the whole shape, the upper and lower connecting plates 11 are fixed to form an amorphous core transformer body. The integrally fixed container is housed in the case 8 or installed on the floor so as to be supported by the container support 7 on the extension line of the inner surface of the magnetic leg and outside the intersection A of the lower metal fitting 4. By doing so, the weight of the coil 1 is hardly applied to the magnetic core 2, the stress applied to the magnetic core 2 is made small and equal, and the lower metal fitting is used to support the outside of the magnetic core 2 with the body support 7. Since the central portion of 4 is bent, and stress is not concentrated on the lower yoke portion 2a and the corner portion where the weight is the highest, it is possible to reduce deterioration of magnetic characteristics, particularly noise characteristics, and suppress variations in magnetic characteristics.

In FIG. 3, reference numeral 16 is a rigid U-shaped support metal fitting made of iron, and 17 is a support of a cork sheet which is an elastic body. When the rigid body is arranged on the metal fitting side of the body and the elastic body is arranged on the floor 18 side, the noise is reduced most.

Further, in FIG. 4, reference numeral 19 denotes a metal fitting for fixing the front, rear, left and right of the body, which also serves as a support for the body and is welded to the case. Even if it is integrated with the lower metal part by welding, the same effect can be obtained. In addition, in the oil-filled transformer in which the body is housed in the case, the noise of 4 to 15 horns is lower than that in the case where it is not housed in the case.
