2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional magnetic core material of a transformer, a silicon steel sheet having a thickness of 0.25 to 1.0 mm has been used. The steel sheet has strength and is easy to handle. That is, the magnetic core of the silicon steel sheet has a small decrease in magnetic properties and a small change in shape even when an external stress is applied due to the effect of the coating film on the surface.

Since the magnetic core 21 has a large space factor and a large mechanical strength, it can be handled like a rigid body with almost no deformation due to the stress such as the weight of the coil 22 and has a small magnetostriction constant. Therefore, the change in the magnetic properties with respect to the stress was small. In particular, noise that is sensitive to stress can be reduced by storing the entire lower surface of the lower metal fitting 27 in the case 24 via the cork sheet support 30. Numeral 31 in the figure indicates insulating oil such as mineral oil in the case 24. In recent years, amorphous magnetic alloy thin films have been used as transformer cores because of their low loss and good magnetic properties. The lossy amorphous magnetic core is sensitive to stress because its space factor is small and its magnetostriction constant is large.Even if a small force is applied, its shape changes or its magnetic properties tend to deteriorate, especially for noise. Is sensitive, and in the configuration in which the entire lower surface of the lower metal fitting 27 of the body is housed in the case 24 via the elastic body support 30, the noise level greatly varies. In addition, since the amorphous magnetic alloy ribbon after annealing is very brittle, crushed pieces are easily generated, and the variation in characteristics becomes large.

As shown in FIG. 1, a magnetic core 1 wound with an amorphous magnetic alloy ribbon, a coil 2 composed of a primary winding and a secondary winding, and a coil supporting material which is a molding material such as a press board or polyester. 3. Upper and lower metal fittings 4 and 5, which are magnetic core supporting members, upper and lower connecting plates 6, a core bobbin 7 made of aluminum, stainless steel, iron, or the like for supporting the inner shape of the magnetic core 1, and protecting the outer peripheral portion of the magnetic core 1. Material 8 made of silicon steel plate or the like, support spacer 9 made of an insulating material such as rubber, resin, or press board for supporting between magnetic core 1 and coil 2, cushioning material 1
0a, 10b, a band 11 for fixing the magnetic core 1, and the like. The cushioning members 10a and 10b are made of an elastic material such as a woven mat such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), paper provided with voids, or silicone rubber. Then, the core bobbin 7 is mounted inside the magnetic core 1, the upper metal fitting 4 and the lower metal fitting 5 are assembled outside the magnetic core 1 through cushioning materials 10 a and 10 b, and the core bobbin 7 is The coil 2 is assembled so as to support the coil 2 by disposing the upper metal fitting 4, the lower metal fitting 5, and the coil supporting member 3 above and below the coil 2. Then, outside the point A corresponding to the extension of the inner side surface of the leg of the magnetic core 1 and the magnetic core 1
The upper and lower metal fittings 4 and 5 are fixed integrally with the band 11 so as to have a fixed contact portion between the band 11 and the inside of a point B corresponding to an extension of the outer side surface of the leg. Thereafter, in order to maintain the entire shape, the container is fixed by the upper and lower connecting plates 6 to form a container. The integrally fixed body is in the same direction as the coil supporting member 3, and the ratio (C / D) of the distance C between the pair of body supports 12a and 12b to the width D of the magnetic core 1 is 0.5. The container supports 12a and 12b are erected and supported as described above, and stored in the case 13.

In the amorphous magnetic core transformer constructed as described above, the position of the fixed contact portion between the upper metal fitting 4 and the lower metal fitting 5 and the band 11 corresponds to the extension of the inner side surface of the leg of the magnetic core 1. From the point toward point B corresponding to an extension of the outer surface of the leg of the magnetic core 1, the weight of the coil 2 applied to the magnetic core 1 and the tightening force of the band 11 at the corner of the magnetic core 1 decrease. Therefore, even when the magnetic core 1 is hung by using the mounting portion 4a of the upper metal fitting 4, the weight of the coil 2 is hardly applied to the magnetic core 1. Also, since the band 11 does not directly tighten the corners of the magnetic core 1 with the band 11 and supports the entire bottom surface of the magnetic core 1, the stress applied to the magnetic core 1 is reduced and equalized, and the deformation and deformation of the magnetic core 1 are reduced. It is possible to reduce crushing, reduce deterioration in magnetic properties, and reduce variations in properties.

Further, since the weight of the coil 2 is hardly applied to the magnetic core 1, the stress applied to the magnetic core 1 can be reduced and equalized, and the outer portions of the magnetic core 1 are supported by the body supports 12a and 12b. Since the central portion of the metal fitting 5 can be bent, stress is not locally concentrated on the lower yoke portion 17 or the corner portion where the weight is the highest, so that the magnetic characteristics are reduced and the noise is reduced and the characteristics are reduced. Can be reduced. The center in the width direction of the amorphous alloy ribbon is more effective because it is often thicker than its ends.

Further, in the oil-immersed transformer in which the body is housed in the case 13 containing the insulating oil 14 such as mineral oil, 4 to 15 horn noise is reduced as compared with the case where the insulating oil 14 is not put in the case 13.

The present embodiment is characterized in that the area of the flat portion 5a of the lower metal fitting 5 is reduced, the formation of the hole 5d through which the band 11 passes is not required, and the assembling is simplified. It was easy. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the lower bracket 18 is a bracket in which a flat portion 18 a and a bent portion 18 b in a direction perpendicular to the coil support member 3 are formed.
It is formed by arranging two L brackets each including a vertical portion 18c and a horizontal portion 18d so as to face each other and to separate them. A bent portion 18e at the end of the L fitting is formed for fixing the coil support member 3, and the vertical portion 18e of the L fitting is formed.
A gap is provided between c and the flat portion 18a.
