Regarding the surface of the paint, quoting from Kozo Sato, Overview of Paint Properties Engineering, published by Riko Publishing in 1976, page 45:
It has been known for a long time that eddy flow occurs in the coating liquid during the evaporation process of the solvent.During the drying process of the paint, as the solvent evaporates from the coating liquid, it causes spots such as citrus skin and pinholes on the painted surface. As shown in Figure 6, in the coating film 2 on the base 1, the yuzu skin A remains with gentle unevenness like orange skin on the painted surface, and when this yuzu skin A is closely observed, even finer unevenness B can be seen.
It is explained that this is acceptable.

As shown in the figure, an epoxy paint or the like was electrodeposited 4 on a steel plate 3, an intermediate coat 5 of an epoxy-modified alkyd paint or the like was applied thereon, and a top coat 6 of an alkyd paint or the like was applied thereon. In the case of metallic color, as shown in Fig. 8, the steps up to the intermediate coating 5 are the same, and a metallic 7 such as acrylic paint is applied on the intermediate coating 5, and then acrylic paint is applied on top of that. Clear 8 was applied.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> The above-mentioned conventional coating surface sample board not only requires a large number of man-hours, but also has poor reproducibility, and the surface of the coating surface called yuzu skin, which is exactly the same as the original painting board, is difficult to reproduce. There was a problem with the shape.

<Means for solving the problem> The painted surface sample board of the present invention is produced by molding the original painting board in a mold using silicone rubber, and applying transparent or colored heat containing liquid raw materials as the main component to the molded space. It is made by injecting and curing a curable resin to form the same coating surface as the original plate.

<Embodiments> Examples of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. As shown in Fig. 1, the present invention uses a transparent or colored thermosetting resin (hereinafter referred to as thermosetting resin) whose main component is a liquid raw material such as urethane, epoxy, or unsaturated polyester to coat the coating surface 11 that is exactly the same as the original plate. It is made of hardening resin (abbreviated as curable resin). For solid colored products that require weight reduction, the colored thermosetting resin layer 1 shown in Fig. 1 is used.
0 alone is used as a painted skin sample board. If rigidity is required, a steel plate 12 and a colored thermosetting resin layer 10 are combined as shown in FIG. Furthermore, in the case of a color that does not have concealing properties, as shown in FIG.
The colored thermosetting resin layer 10 is combined with the colored thermosetting resin layer 10. In the case of a metallic color, as shown in FIG. 4, a transparent thermosetting resin layer 10 is combined with a steel plate 12 coated with a metallic 14 such as acrylic paint.

The preparation of the coating sample board according to the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG. 5. First, as shown in A,
A sheet-shaped magnet 22 is attached to the back surface (steel plate surface) of the original plate 21 to be painted, and this is set in the formwork 20. On the other hand, the back surface of the sheet-like magnet 22 (the surface to which the original painting plate is not attached) is coated with an adhesive in advance to bond the magnet and the silicon mold. Then,
As shown in b, silicone rubber 23 is placed inside the formwork 20.
is injected, and the silicone rubber 23 is cured as shown in c. Thereafter, as shown in d, after removing the formwork 20, the mold of the cured silicone rubber 23 is cut at the portion of the original coating plate 21 to be divided into molds.
At this time, the magnet 22 is attached to one silicone rubber 23
The coating original plate 21 is easily released from the silicone surface.

The mold made of silicone rubber 23 has excellent mold releasability, which is a characteristic of silicone rubber itself, and can be released from the mold without using a mold release agent. In addition, the mold of silicone rubber 23 has excellent fluidity and easily flows into minute gaps, making it possible to faithfully mold the painted skin.
It has a low shrinkage rate and excellent dimensional stability, making it extremely effective as a mold for making paint sample boards.
