(Prior Art) Showcases with different temperature ranges usually have a hot storage room above and a cold storage room below, and the boundaries between the two storage rooms are separated by product shelves or heat-insulating partition plates. In addition, a planar heating element is built into the product shelf of the hot storage room, and the cold storage room is maintained at a low temperature by a predetermined cooling unit. Further, a damper or the like is provided at a part of the boundary between the two storage chambers, and when the sheet heating element is turned off and the damper is opened, the hot storage chamber is switched to the cold storage chamber.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, in this type of store case, the greenhouse is installed above, so it is difficult for short store staff to take out the products from the greenhouse. . In particular, if the product at the front of the shelf is gone and the product remains in the back of the storage room, if you try to forcefully remove the product, you may cause the product to fall over or accidentally touch a hot part with your hand. Additionally, when the number of products in the greenhouse runs low, the store staff replenishes the products, but if they replenish the products in the front of the storage room, the products in the back will always remain. For this reason, conventionally, after opening the side door and moving the products in the back to the front individually, new products are added to the rear space and the old and new products are rearranged. However, attempting to perform this task all at once often results in overturning the products, and since the shelf boards and products are also quite hot, rearranging the products has become quite troublesome for store staff.

(Purpose of the invention) The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a show case that allows easy rearrangement of old and new products when replenishing products.

(Means for Achieving the Object) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention has two or more product storage chambers provided with opening/closing doors for loading and unloading products on at least two sides, arranged one above the other, and each product storage In a show case whose rooms are partitioned by product shelves, at least a frame body is provided on the product shelf of the upper storage chamber to surround the products on the shelf, and the frame body is configured to be able to be pulled out toward a predetermined opening/closing door side. ing.

The product shelves 20 and products 22 in the greenhouse 11 are shown in an enlarged scale in FIG. As can be seen from this figure, guide rails 23 are attached to both front sides of the product shelf 20, and both sides of a frame 24 are fitted to the guide rails 23. As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 4, the guide rail 23 is manufactured by combining two types of angle-shaped metal fittings, and its lower end is screwed to the side surface of the product shelf 20.

The frame body 24 has a quadrilateral shape that is slightly smaller than the product shelf 20, and its front portion is bent slightly downward to form a handle portion 25. Further, an auxiliary frame 26 is connected to the rear center of the frame body 24 (see FIG. 5), and this auxiliary frame 26 is normally lightly engaged with a stopper 27 at the rear end of the product shelf 20.

Products 22 such as canned coffee are placed on the product shelf 20 so as to fit inside the frame 24. Therefore,
The frame 24 can slide forward and backward along the guide rails 23 on both sides, and its maximum stroke is from the state shown in FIG. 3 until the upper part of the frame 24 hits the rear of the guide rail 23.

On the other hand, above the guide rail 23, a support section 2
3a is bent and formed, and both ends of a bar 28 forming a product stopper are pivotally supported on each support portion 23a. This bar 28 is bent at 90 degrees at two points on both sides, and both ends of the bar 28 are bent at 90 degrees at two points on both sides.
3a and locks the E-ring 29 to prevent it from easily coming off from the support portion 23a. That is, the bar 28 is capable of crank rotation around the support portion 23a.

In the shop case configured as described above, when the number of products 22 in the greenhouse 11 is running low and the store clerk needs to replenish the products 22, first the second
Open the front door 16 of the greenhouse 11 as shown in the figure. Next, as shown in FIG. 5, when the handle portion 25 is pulled toward the user, the frame 24 moves forward along the guide rail 23, and at the same time, the product 22 at the back moves forward together with the frame 24. When the frontmost product 22 comes into contact with the bar 28, this bar 28
rotates upward as shown in FIG. 6 to prevent the product 22 from falling or overturning. Further, since the frame body 24 is prevented from being pulled out beyond a predetermined stroke by the guide rail 23, it stops when the bar 28 is raised. As a result, each product 22 is gathered at the front of the product shelf 20, and a certain space is formed at the rear. Next, as shown in FIG.
When 5 is pressed, only the frame 24 moves rearward, and the rear end is locked with the stopper 27, stopping the movement of the frame 24. And the side door 18 of the greenhouse 11
(Figs. 1 and 2), and after replenishing the rear space of the product shelf 20 with products 22, move the bar 28 downward and close the front door 16 and side door 18 to rearrange the product arrangement. and replenishment is completed. Further, since the bar 28 normally returns to the lying position, it does not interfere with the loading and unloading of products.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, all the products 22 on the shelf are surrounded by the frame 24, and the products 22 are moved forward by pulling out the frame 24, so that the products 22 are not on the shelf. The products 22 can be rearranged very easily without falling over. Furthermore, when the product 22 reaches the front end of the shelf, the bar 28 pivots upward and comes into contact with the product 22 in front, so that the product 22 can be reliably prevented from falling.

In the above embodiment, the frame body 24 and the bar 28 are installed in the hot storage room 11, but sufficient effects can be obtained even if they are installed in the refrigerator room 12. Further, the means for moving the frame 24 may be of the above-mentioned sliding type, or may have a structure of sliding rollers.

(Effects of the Invention) As detailed above, according to the show case of the present invention, it is possible to overturn and drop products remaining in the back of the storage chamber by simply pulling out the frame of the storage chamber. Since the product can be moved to a predetermined opening/closing door side without any problems, it is possible to easily rearrange old and new products. As a result, even when a short clerk is rearranging the upper storage chamber, the work can be done easily.
