【発明の効果】以上の説明から明かなように、帯状物の
始端部分を空のボビンに巻付かせる空気ノズル管と帯状
物を空のボビンに押付ける押えロールとを同軸に配置
し、且つ押えロールを複数のロール体に分割して空気ノ
ズル管の複数のノズルとを交互に配備させた本発明によ
ると、帯状物が広幅であっても複数のロール体によって
全幅をほぼ均等の緊張状態に保って確実な切断を行なう
ことができる。また、ボビンと押付けロールとが形成す
る谷部に接近させた空気ノズル管から谷部のボビン表面
に沿って空気を吹付けることと、切断具を押えロールに
接近させて設置できることとによって、切断したとき自
由な状態となる始端部分の全体に空気をほぼ均等に吹付
け且つこの始端部分を短かくしてしわやめくれを生じさ
せることなく確実に巻付かせることができ、更に空間的
余裕の少ない巻取機にも実施可能である。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 主軸を中心とする円上に巻取り位置と取
出し位置とが設定され巻取り位置で所定量の帯状物をボ
ビンに巻取らせたとき前記主軸を回転して取出し位置に
移動させるとともに次のボビンを巻取り位置に移動させ
て巻取物を巻取らせる帯状物の巻取機において、前記両
位置のボビンに架け渡される帯状物を切断して前記次の
ボビンに巻付かせるための切断巻付け装置であって;複
数のノズルを軸線方向間隔で空気管に設けた空気ノズル
管と、前記空気管に回転自由に嵌装支持されて前記ノズ
ルの側方に配置された複数のロール体からなる押えロー
ルと、帯状物の切断具とを具え、前記空気ノズル管、押
えロールおよび切断具は切断位置と巻取物の取出し位置
への移動領域外の待避位置との間を一体に移動可能とさ
れ、且つ切断位置において巻取り位置のボビンに送り込
まれる帯状物を巻掛けて巻取物の表面に圧接する押付け
ロールと前記ボビンとの間に形成される谷部に接近して
前記押えロールが前記ボビンに接するとともに前記谷部
のボビン表面に沿って前記ノズルが空気を噴出する構成
とされている;ことを特徴とする切断巻付け装置。
