2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, the problem of odor has come to be highlighted with the increasing awareness of improving the living environment.
There are various sources of odor, and various examples are exemplified such as kitchen garbage and medical waste discharged from homes, restaurants, hospitals, toilets, and excrement of livestock. In addition, flies, rats, cockroaches, small animals such as cats and dogs are likely to gather at these odor sources, which further deteriorates hygiene.
Various measures against such odors and problems associated therewith have been proposed. For example, as a proposal for improving the deodorization and deodorization of the trash can, one in which an ozone generator is attached to the lid of the trash can (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-92501), an opening is formed in a part of the lidded container. Part provided with a storage part for a sheet made of deodorant and deodorant fiber (Shokaisho 61-20
6501, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 64-32803), a deodorizing trash box provided with a pump and a deodorizing solution reservoir on the lid so that the deodorizing solution can be automatically sprayed on the contents (Actually Sho 61-185703).
Gazette), a waste container box containing a fragrance contained in a paper container (Actual No. 62-103503), and a part provided with a part for storing the fragrance and the deodorant at the bottom of the trash can (actual) And the like. In addition, the deodorant or animal repellent is attached to the inside of the garbage bag (Actually No. 61-1160).
4, 62-91702, 63-183103, 64-3
No. 2805, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 1-58507) and the like have been proposed.

Although the deodorizing measures according to these conventional proposals have certain effects, improvements in durability, simplicity, effectiveness, etc. are desired. Especially when using deodorant or animal repellent drugs, it is difficult to control the release and persistence, and there are methods such as mixing with other substances, microencapsulation methods, etc. The current situation is that it is difficult to handle and there are few that have been put to practical use.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above problems of the prior art, the inventors of the present invention simply deodorize a drug, particularly a liquid drug,
As a result of various studies on animal evasion, it was found that a method of encapsulating a drug using a specific film was effective, and the present invention could be completed. That is, the first of the present invention is a sustained-release drug-encapsulating bag in which a deodorant drug or an animal repellent drug is encapsulated in a polyolefin film, and the second is a low-density polyethylene and a wire as a polyolefin film in the first invention. In the third aspect, the multi-layer film having a layer of low-density polyethylene is used, and the third aspect is to apply the sustained-release drug-containing bag of the first invention to deodorize a trash can.

The thickness of the film is important as a parameter for controlling the sustained release property of the drug enclosed in the film and the film strength together with the type of the film used, and cannot be unconditionally determined, but it is a polyethylene multilayer film. When used, the total thickness of all layers is preferably in the range of about 15 to 25 μm. Encapsulation of the drug is usually accomplished by heat sealing. Further, the size of the sustained-release drug enclosing bag of the present invention and the amount of the encapsulated drug can be appropriately determined depending on the kind of the drug, the degree of permeation and escape of the polyolefin film, the place of use, and the purpose of use.

If the sustained release drug-containing bag of the present invention is installed in a place where it is desired to deodorize or repel animals, the drug penetrates from the bag to the surface and vaporizes to exert its effect. As a place of installation, a place where a bad odor is likely to occur or an animal, especially a place where small animals such as flies, rats, cockroaches, cats and dogs are likely to gather,
For example, it is preferably installed in a trash box, a toilet, a garbage storage area, a pig pen, a cow pen, etc. In particular, it is particularly preferable to install the sustained release drug-containing bag of the present invention in a garbage can such as a garbage can and a medical waste can in a hospital. When it is installed in the trash box, it may be attached by a method such as sticking it to an area such as the inner surface, the bottom, and the lid section that does not interfere with the taking in and out of dust with adhesive tape or the like. Alternatively, a storage space may be provided on the lid or bottom of the trash box for storage.

The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following examples. (Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Examples 1 to 2) Using an inflation extrusion molding machine (manufactured by Modern Machinery Co., Ltd.), five types of three-layer polyethylene films having different thicknesses were formed.
The thickness of each layer was the same. Using the obtained film, a bag having a length of 10 cm and a width of 10 cm (one-sided area: 100 cm 2 ) was produced, and 50 cc of wood vinegar (manufactured by Elmic Co., Ltd., trade name: Vinchogen) was enclosed in each bag. A heat sealing machine manufactured by Fuji Impulse Co., Ltd. was used for heat sealing. 100 g of oil meal and 50 g of fish meal were put in a commercially available trash box (diameter 27 cm, height 30 cm, with a lid), 100 g of water was added and stirred, and the mixture was left for one week to ferment and rot. The bag containing the above-mentioned wood vinegar solution was attached to the inside of the lid of this trash can, and the trash was removed every day to determine the odor, and the weight loss of the enclosed bag per day was examined. The odor was judged by three judges on a five-level scale, and the average value of the individual scores was used. Similarly, a nylon film (Unitika Ltd.) enclosing bag and a polyester film (Unitika Ltd.) enclosing bag were prepared and evaluated. The results are shown in Tables 1-3. As is clear from the above table, the best results were obtained in the case of the film constitution and thickness of Example 1 also in the weight reduction rate and the odor judgment. In Example 2, the deodorizing effect appeared slightly later than Example 1, and the tendency was HDP.
In Example 3 using E, it became slightly more remarkable. Further, as is clear from Examples 4 and 5, the deodorizing effect was significantly delayed when the thickness was increased. However, the deodorizing effect was excellent. Therefore, it is understood that the sustained release property can be controlled by selecting the film thickness and structure. Further, as is clear from Comparative Examples 1 and 2, nylon and polyester showed almost no weight loss and no deodorizing effect was observed.
