状を保持されている。[Detailed explanation of the invention] There is some resistance to attaching a separate locking device to Japanese-style sliding doors due to Japanese custom, but this proposal uses handles on central sliding doors 1 and 2 that do not have a closing surface as shown in Figure 1. The door has a locking mechanism inside, so when it is closed from the inside, it is automatically locked, and it can be opened normally without having to unlock it from the inside, which not only provides privacy, but also can be used in the event of an emergency. The door can be opened and escaped quickly, and various improvements have been made to the locking mechanism and inertia prevention device of Utility Model Publication No. 13008/1983 to simplify installation and improve practical effectiveness.
To explain in detail below with reference to the drawings, first, a stopper 3 is installed in the center of the upper frame of the sliding doors 1 and 2, to prevent the sliding doors from moving when the sickle locks 4 and 4', which will be described later, are engaged. put. The following explanation will be given using an example where the handle part 5 is used in the position shown in Fig. 1. First, the inner frame 6 and the outer frame 7 attached to the inner and outer surfaces of the sliding door 1 have cut windows 8 and 9 of the same size cut out in the center, respectively. A stopper stop 10 is provided on the inner main part of the outer frame 7 so as to protrude from the main part,
In addition, 114 taped attachment feet for attaching the main body also protrude in length, and can be attached to sliding doors with different frames using attachment screws 12 on the inner frame 6. Inside each of the inner frame 6 and the outer frame 7, an inner handle plate 13 and an outer handle plate 1 are provided.
4 is located on each surface of the inner and outer handle plates 13, 14, an inner recess 15 and an outer recess 16 for finger rest are located on the inner and outer handle plates 13, 14.
They are positioned slightly protruding from the slits 8 and 9 toward the surface, respectively. Inner fixing plates 17, 17' are attached to the upper and lower inner sides of the inner handle plate 13, and outer fixing plates 18, 18' are attached to the upper and lower inner sides of the outer handle plate 14, respectively, with fixing screws 1.
It is fixed at 9. Therefore, the inner and outer handle plates 13,
14 is arranged to slide back and forth within a predetermined movement range of the cut windows 8, 9 of the inner and outer frames 6, 7. The inner fixing plates 17, 17' have chevron-shaped protrusions 20,
20' are provided so as to slightly protrude inwardly, and plate springs 21, 21' whose tips are bent into a dogleg shape are fixed to the protrusions 20, 20'. The inner handle plate 13 is provided with inner engagement plates 22 and 23' vertically at predetermined intervals in the front and back on the inner main part, and inertia prevention pieces 2 are provided on both the upper and lower sides of the inner engagement plate 22 located at the front.
4 and 24', and an engaging piece 25 is formed horizontally at the lower part of the inner engaging plate 23 located at the rear. When both the inner and outer handle plates 13 and 14 are located at the forefront within the movement range, the inner handle plate 13 is at a position in contact with the inner engagement plate 23 located within the distance between the inner engagement plates 22 and 23 and on the rear side. The created outer engagement plate 26 is vertically provided inside the outer handle plate 14. Furthermore, two interlocking rods 27 are provided on the inner upper part of the outer handle plate 14, and a blocking piece 28 is provided on the central main part, respectively, and
A stopper 31 with a coil spring 30 attached to the lower thick part 29 and receiving a counterclockwise force is supported by a play screw 32, and when the lock is locked, the stopper 31 is a blocking piece as shown in FIGS. 2 and 10. 28, and the stopper stop 1 of the rear end 33 is in the abutting position.
0 is engaged. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, an inclined hole 34 is formed in the center of the stopper 31 from the outside toward the inside. Handle plate 14
When the lock is locked, the key hole 35, which is horizontally penetrated inward from the principal part of the surface thereof, coincides with the key hole 35. Outside handle plate 1
4 has a rectangular insertion hole 37 into which a rectangular key 36 is inserted and a rotatable lock guide 38 is provided on the main surface of the lock guide 38. At the rear end of the lock guide 38 is a rotating body 3 which will be described later.
The corner portion 40 of 9 is integrally secured with a screw. The rotating body 39 has a substantially triangular shape, and its two apexes are formed into a locking surface 41 and an unlocking surface 42.
A round post 43 is located above the corner 40 from the outer handle plate 14, and a narrow pressure spring 44 is attached to the round post 43.
is attached, and its both end plate spring portions 45 are attached to the rotating body 3.
They are engaged so as to sandwich the corner portions 40 of 9. Therefore, the lock guide 38 is rotated step by step by 90 degrees and is maintained in its current state.

It is pivoted under counterclockwise force by a coil spring 55 wound around the coil spring 9. An interlocking body 50 is located horizontally between the lock box 46 and the handle 5, and the interlocking body 50 has a through hole 51 cut out in the front part and is connected to a guide part 52 of the main part of the rear wall of the lock box 46. It is designed to be inserted and move horizontally back and forth. Further, a downward operating piece 53 is formed at the tip of the interlocking body 50, and as shown in FIG. 2, when the lock is locked, the rear surface 54 of the operating piece 53 is located in front of the L-shaped portion 48 of the sickle lock 4. Further, the rear part of the interlocking body 50 has a required number of vertical cutouts 56 for adjusting the handle position, which are inserted into and engaged with key points of the two interlocking rods 27 provided on the aforementioned outer handle plate 14. are doing.

1 to disengage the rear end 33 of the stopper 31 from the stopper stop 10. Furthermore, since the inner handle plate 13 continues to move backward, the inner engagement plate 23 is moved by the blocking piece 2 that protrudes from the outer handle plate 14.
8 as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9.
At this time, the lower side of the engagement piece 25 is located at the apex 58 of the stopper 31 to prevent the coil spring 30 from returning to the stopper 31, and at the same time, the inner engagement plate 22 also moves rearward within the free range until it touches the outer engagement plate 26. Therefore, when the inner handle plate 13 continues to move backward, the inner engagement plate 23 simultaneously transmits a backward moving force to the blocking piece 28, and the inner engagement plate 22 simultaneously transmits a backward moving force to the outer engagement plate 26, and the outer handle plate 13 The plate 14 is also moved backward at the same time. At this time, since the two interlocking rods 27 of the outer handle plate 14 are integrally integrated with the cutouts 56 of the interlocking body 50, the interlocking body 50 also moves rearward by the same length as the rearward movement of the outer handle plate 14, and is activated. The rear surface 54 of the piece 53 pulls the L-shaped part 48 of the sickle lock 4 rearward, rotates the sickle lock 4 clockwise against the coil spring 55, and releases the engagement with the mating sickle lock 4', as shown in FIG. The state shown in FIG. 6 is reached.
In this state, the inner and outer handle plates 13 and 14 are attached to the inner and outer frames 6 and 7.
Since the inner handle frame 13 is in contact with the terminal end of each cut window, the rearward movement force of the inner handle frame 13 is transmitted to the inner and outer frames 6 and 7, and the sliding door body is opened.

At this time, the penetration prevention pieces 24, 24' provided on the inner handle plate 13 come into contact with the right sides of the dogleg-shaped vertices of the penetration prevention leaf springs 21, 21', and the inner handle plate 13 is held in place as shown in FIG. Stops in the middle of the operating range. However, since the outer handle plate 14 continues to be pushed, the sliding door body moves forward. At this time, the interlocking body 5
0 is moving forward together with the handle plate 14, the sickle lock 4 enters the mating lock box at the locked position due to the coil spring 55, but first the sickle-shaped parts 47 come into contact with each other and the coil springs 55, When the coil springs 55 and 55' rotate by a required angle and reach the safe closing position, the coil springs 55 and 55' are brought into normal engagement with each other. In this state, the sliding door is closed and the sickle lock 4 is engaged with the mating sickle lock 4', but as shown in Fig. 8, the stopper 31 is not engaged with the stopper stop 10 and the door can be opened freely from both the inside and outside. state.

1 and 21', the inner handle plate 13 moves forward beyond the dogleg vertices 59 and 59', and the inner handle plate 13 is located at the forefront of its movement range. At the same time, the engagement piece 25 moves forward, disengaging from the apex 58 of the stopper 31, and the elastic force of the coil spring 30 causes the stopper 31 to rotate counterclockwise until it abuts against the blocking piece 28, and the stopper rear end 33 and the stopper stopper 10 are engaged, and the locked state shown in FIG. 2 can be achieved.

As shown in the figure, the inner handle plate 13 is moved to the forefront within the left and right movement range, and is locked as described above. At this time, the main part of the rotating body 39 comes into contact with the upper side of the blocking piece 28, and the rectangular key 36 does not rotate more than 90 degrees. 自由に開戸出来るまことに合理的な引手錠であ
る。 As mentioned above, this project uses a locking device, but with Japanese fusuma doors, if you freely enter and exit the room without using the lock, it will be automatically locked and unlocked inside the handle, causing no inconvenience. In addition, in the event of a fire or earthquake, there are many cases where people are unable to unlock the lock due to mental turmoil and fail to escape, resulting in death, but in this proposal, it is possible to freely access the room from the inside without having to unlock it. This is a really reasonable handle lock that can be used to open the door.
