第２図にみるようなプルタブ形状は、第４図に
示すように適度の深さの凹み７１を有する上型７
Ａと、それに対応する高さの突起７２を有する下
型７Ｂとを組み合わせた金型を有するプレスで、
第５図に示すようにプルタブ４に覆われている蓋
材２の一部にビード５を形成し、プルタブの端を
持上げて段差が生じた形とすることにより、容易
に実現できる。
