[Action]

Water is sprayed from above into the dust collection chamber from a shower nozzle installed in the upper space of the first partition plate, transmitted through the filter material in the dust collection chamber and made to flow down from the child plate of the cage, and dust is contained from the air inlet port containing dust. Air is introduced and the direction is changed from ascending to descending in the space where the shower nozzle is installed, and then the direction is changed from descending to ascending on the upper surface of the inclined plate and discharged from the air discharge port. In the dust collection room, dust in the air containing dust is blocked by the filter material and is contained in the sewage, so-called contaminated water that flows into the wastewater settling tank through the slant plate and the sludge plate and bellows. It flows into the settling tank. Further, the contaminated water flowing along the upper surface of the inclined plate from the inclined upper end of the inclined plate pushes up the bellows and flows into the dirty water settling tank. Since the dust-containing air from the dust-containing air introduction port is blocked by the bellows, a collection formed by the inner surface of the vertical cylindrical container on the dust-containing air introduction port side and the first partition plate facing the inner surface. The dust-containing air from the dust-containing air inlet is not purified and flows directly into the dust-collecting chambers other than the dust chambers, but is gradually purified in each dust-collecting chamber and discharged from the air outlet. Contaminated water from each dust collection chamber is separated into wastewater containing dust in the wastewater settling tank and the supernatant liquid, and the wastewater precipitates at the bottom and is discharged from the wastewater discharge port, and the supernatant liquid flows out to the filtration tank. Then, the water in the filtration tank is sent to the shower nozzle by a pump and the water is jetted from the shower nozzle.

Since it passes through as indicated by the arrow, the passage distance becomes longer, and the dust separation is performed stepwise and efficiently.

The dust separated in the second dust collecting chamber 8 flows down to the inclined plate 13 through the child-like plate 4 of the cage together with the dripping water as shown by the broken line arrow, and in the third dust collecting chamber 9 The separated dust and water are dropped onto the inclined plate 13 as indicated by the broken line arrow, and the dust-containing water (contaminated water) that reaches the inclined plate 13 as described above flows along the inclined plate 13 while converging. Is pushed up to flow into the wastewater settling tank 10.

The dust-containing water that has flowed down into the sewage settling tank 10 is separated in the sewage settling tank 10 while it descends and rises as shown by the broken line arrow with the separation plate 14 as a boundary, and the separated dust is Sediment is deposited on the bottom of the sewage settling tank 10 and is discharged and collected as sewage from the sewage discharge port 17 through the valve 31. The supernatant of the sewage settling tank 10 passes through the plate member 12 and reaches the filtration tank 11 as indicated by the broken line arrow. The water thus stored in the filtration tank 11 is jetted from the shower nozzle 20 by the pump 22 through the water supply pipe 23 and the water supply pipe 21. Therefore, the process of jetting water from the shower nozzle 20, collecting in the wastewater settling tank 10 and the filtration tank 11, and supplying the water to the shower nozzle 20 is repeated by the pump 22, and is in a so-called circulating state.

Since the filter material 24 in the first, second and third dust collecting chambers 7, 8 and 9 is in a state of being washed with water which is constantly flowing down, dust is attached to the filter material 24. Even if it is washed off, the filter material 24 will not be clogged.

Further, the water level of the filtration tank 11 and the inside of the vertical cylindrical container 1 are inspected by the water level gauge 27, and when the water in the filtration tank 11 is insufficient, the water is replenished.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the illustrated and described embodiments, for example, the case where the lower end of the first partition plate 5 projects from the cage-shaped plate 4 has been described. If the lower end of No. 5 does not project, the bellows 15 is attached to the lower side of the joint between the lower end of the first partition plate 5 and the cage plate 4 either directly or via an attachment member to contain dust. Preventing air from being introduced into the lower space of the second and third dust collecting chambers 8 and 9, making the vertical cylindrical container 1 into a shape other than a cylinder, and A caster is provided so as to be movable, and a plurality of and odd number of dust collecting chambers other than three are formed in the upper vertical cylindrical container 1 so that dust-containing air is turned to pass through each dust collecting chamber. It is voluntary to gradually purify and discharge the waste by Of course, various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
