成は次のとおりである。すなわち全住戸のうち、
各ウイングの妻側に位置している住戸がメゾネツ
ト住戸の上下階であり、残りの住戸がフラツト住
戸である。全住戸は建物外側の外壁に面して配置
されている。中間階において、建物の外側にフラ
ツト住戸が面し、内側に上下階に位置するメゾネ

ずる玄関9a,9b,9c,9dが位置してい
る。玄関9a及び9bは階段10a及び10bを
経て、メゾネツト住戸8a及び8bの下階F1の
居室にそれぞれ通じ、玄関9c,9dは階段10
c、10dを介してメゾネツト住戸8c,8dの
上階F3の居室に通じ、すべての玄関は第5,6
図に示すように吹抜けとなつている。第5図及び
第6図は、ウイング1b側の玄関9a,9d廻り
