全て格納される様にしたから、パン生地に側棒
5′を突込んだ状態でパンを焼く従来不具合をな
くすことができ、焼上つたパンから側棒5′を取
外す必要がなく、また側棒5′周辺のパンを焼け
焦がすことも殆んどなく、仕上り良好なパンを容
易に得ることができるものである。
