There were many cases where there wasn't one. Therefore, after washing with water, another operation was required to manually remove the remaining deposits under a special fluorescent lamp.

Not only did it not comply with requests for resource conservation, but it also risked violating laws and regulations regarding wastewater volume.

On the other hand, a support for the object to be cleaned, which faces the rotating body and has a surface inclined with respect to the liquid level, is disposed near the rotating body. Therefore, when the object to be cleaned is placed on the object support and the rotating body is rotated, the blades scrape up the liquid in the water tank onto the object support, and the rolling means rotates the object to be cleaned on the object support in a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the rotating body. As a result, the object to be cleaned is rotated and washed with water.

A liquid flow along the central axis of the rotating body is generated on the object support, and the liquid on the object support falls into the water tank through a draining member adjacent to a side of the object support. At the same time, the object to be cleaned is carried by the liquid flow from the object support to the draining member.

Therefore, due to the rotation of the rotating body, the flip-up member flips up the object to be cleaned on the draining member, and the flipped-up object to be cleaned falls to a predetermined location, completing the cleaning.

A cylindrical roller (rotating body) 3 is arranged inside, and both ends of the shaft 11 of the roller 3 are
Bearings 1 fixed to each side of the roller cover 4a
It is rotatably supported by 2 and 12. In addition, the water in the tank 1 is always kept at the bottom of the roller 3.
The water level is set to submerge inside the water. Four blades 13a to 13d are provided on the outer periphery of the roller 3 at predetermined intervals along the circumferential direction. Among the four blades 13a to 13d, one blade (rolling means) 13d has a sawtooth wave shape as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The blades 13a to 13c mainly have the function of scooping up water in the water tank 1 onto the cleaning object support plate 4b, which will be described later, whereas the blades 13d mainly serve to scrape up water in the water tank 1 onto the cleaning object support plate 4b, which will be described later. It functions to rotate the upper pig's head in the opposite direction to the roller 3. That is, when the roller 3 rotates, the blade 1
3a to 13c simply scrape up the pig's head from below, whereas the blade 13d hooks with its sharp tip and lifts the pig's head from the bottom to the top and rotates it.

This draining net 14 is for guiding the water scooped up onto the support plate 14b for the object to be washed into the water tank 1, and also for draining the pig's head carried by the water flow generated on the support plate 4b for the object to be washed. It also has the function of temporarily holding it.

The dropped pig's head is supported by the object support plate 4b and the roller 3, and when the roller 3 rotates, the blades 13a to 13c scrape up the water 2 onto the object support plate 4b, and the blade 1
3d rotates the pig's head on the object support plate 4b in the opposite direction of rotation of the roller 3. The filth, etc. with heavy specific gravity adhering to the pig's head accumulates at the bottom of the water tank 1, and the filth, etc. with light specific gravity accumulates on the water surface 8. Since a part of the roller 3 is immersed deep below the water surface 8, clean water is always scraped up onto the object support plate 4b.
Therefore, the entire pig's head is rotated and washed while being bathed in clean water 2.

In the above embodiment, water 2 is used as a liquid, a cylindrical roller 3 is used as a rotating body, an object support 4b is used as an object support, a blade 13d with a saw-shaped tip is used as a rolling means, and a draining member is used as a draining member. Although we have described cases in which the draining net 14 and the like are used, these are only specific examples.
The scope of the present invention is not limited to these. Furthermore, the cleaning machine of the present invention may be used for cleaning other than pig heads.

おそれもなくなる。(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the cleaning machine of the present invention includes a water tank containing a predetermined liquid, a rotating body partially immersed in the liquid in the water tank, and a rotating body that is partially immersed in the liquid in the water tank. an object support disposed near the object support, a plurality of blades for scraping up the liquid in the water tank onto the object support, and a plurality of blades for pulling the object on the object support. a rolling means for hanging and rotating;
A draining member that drops the liquid scooped up onto the object support into the water tank, and a draining member that splashes the object carried onto the draining member by the liquid flow on the object support. the blades are provided at predetermined intervals along the outer periphery of the roller, the flip-up members are provided on the outer periphery of the end of the rotary body, and Since the draining members substantially face each other, and the object support has a surface that substantially faces the rotating body and is inclined with respect to the liquid level, the objects to be washed can be cleaned automatically without manual intervention. It is possible to clean quickly and efficiently, and the cleaning effect is extremely excellent, and the amount of water required for cleaning is small.
Therefore, it is possible to omit the work of manually removing white hair that cannot be completely removed under a special fluorescent lamp after cleaning (a work that puts a lot of strain on the eyes of the worker), thereby reducing the labor of the worker. It is possible to significantly reduce the amount of waste, dramatically increase the number of items to be washed, save a large amount of water, and eliminate the risk of violating regulations regarding the amount of waste water.
