BACKGROUND ART In general, a battery level warning light is installed in a battery forklift in order to know when the battery level is decreasing. As shown in FIG. 8, a conventional battery level warning light 100 is attached to the side of the battery 20 body, and a signal from a sensor 30 installed inside the battery 20 body indicates that the liquid level is below a set height. It will turn on. This allows the driver to know the status of the battery fluid amount. In addition, the battery 2 of the forklift main body 60
A stopper 50 for preventing the battery 20 from flying out during driving is attached to the storage portion of the vehicle 0, and the battery 20 body is taken out by rotating the stopper 50 and opening it.

Problems that the invention aims to solve: In the conventional battery level warning light mentioned above, it is placed on the side of the battery body, so the driver has to consciously check the status of the warning light, which is cumbersome and easy to overlook. The problem was that the warning lights were not used effectively. Therefore, it is possible to install the warning light in an easily visible position behind the driver's seat, but in that case, each time the battery is taken out for inspection or replacement, a harness connecting the warning light and the sensor that detects the liquid level can be used. Or it is necessary to remove the connector. Therefore, there is a possibility that the harness or connector may be damaged by forgetting to remove it.

Embodiments Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a battery 2 is housed in the front part of the forklift main body 6, and a plate 7 welded to the battery case 4 is attached to the upper part of the battery 2 so as to protrude upward. A U-shaped catch 8 made of an insulator is fixed to the plate 7 with bolts 9. Further, a sensor 3 for detecting the battery liquid level is attached inside the battery 2, and a harness 10 extends from the sensor 3. As shown in FIG. 3, the harness 10 is connected to a first connection terminal 11, which is a plate-shaped conductor wound around the catch 8. On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, on the side surface of the battery forklift main body 6, a long and narrow plate-shaped stopper 12 rotates around a shaft portion 13 to prevent the battery 2 from falling out of the storage section. The stopper 12 is attached to the frame 5 as shown in FIG.
The stopper 12 and the forklift main body 6 can be fixed by inserting a pin 15 into a small hole 14 made at the tip of the forklift. An inverted U-shaped round bar 16 is attached to the top of the stopper 12, and an insulator 17 is wound around the top. Furthermore, a second connection terminal 18 which is a conductor is wound over the second connection terminal 18, and a harness 19 is connected to the connection terminal 18. The harness 19 is attached along the stopper 12, and further passes through the forklift main body 6 and is connected to the battery level warning light 1, which is attached at a position visible from the driver's seat, as shown in FIG. ing.

Next, the effect will be explained. As shown in FIG. 7, by storing the battery 2, closing the stopper 12, and inserting the pin 15, the stopper 12 can be opened.
When fixed, the top of the round bar 16 of the stopper 12 engages with the catch 8 on the battery 2 side, and the round bar 16
The conductor 18 wound around the catch 8 and the conductor 11 wound around the catch 8 are always in contact with each other. As a result, the battery level warning light 1 and the sensor 3 that detects the level of liquid in the battery 2 are electrically connected, so when the level of the liquid detected by the sensor 3 becomes lower than the set height, the battery level warning light 1 Current flows through the lamp and lights it up.
Also, when taking out the battery 2 from the storage section for inspection or replacement, the pin 15 can be pulled out and the stopper 12
When opened, the connection between the first connection terminal 11 of the catch 8 and the second connection terminal 18 of the round bar 16 is severed, thereby causing the battery level warning light 1 and the sensor 3 to be disconnected.
conduction is cut off.

Effects As described above, in this invention, the battery level warning light is placed behind the driver's seat to make it easier for the driver's seat to see, thereby increasing the driver's attention to the amount of battery fluid and reducing the amount of battery fluid. Since you don't have to forget to replenish the battery, you can extend the life of the battery. In addition, by moving the battery stopper to the engaged and disengaged state and making it possible to engage and disengage the first connection terminal and the second connection terminal, when taking out the battery, it is possible to remove the battery from the harness or connector connection area. This eliminates the need to remove the harness, reliably preventing disconnection of the harness, and since the engaged state of the connected part is ensured, it also has the effect of preventing troubles such as poor contact or disconnection of the connector. .
