In floor heating systems that use electric heaters placed inside the panels, when connecting multiple floor heating panels laid on the floor, conventionally the electric wires that are drawn out from the side of the floor heating panels are Twist or connect the wires pulled out from the adjacent panels by preparing crimp terminals, insulating them, and inserting the wires into the wire storage notches provided on the opposing sides of both panels. He was doing what he was supposed to do. For this reason, it is not only time consuming to connect the wires, but also difficult to store the wires.Furthermore, it is necessary to provide a notch at the end of the floor panel for storing the wires, which causes problems in terms of strength. . Another drawback is that it is impossible to connect the floor heating panel after it has been fixed to the subfloor material. Even when wiring under the floor using the joist method, a waterproof connector is required, and the connector needs to be fixed, making it difficult to construct.

Therefore, the present invention provides an installation method in which an electric heater is disposed inside the panel, a notch is provided on the back side of the panel and in the center of the width direction of the panel, and a terminal block for external connection is attached to the back side. It is characterized by the fact that the connection wires that connect the terminal block and the heater are housed in the notch covered by the plate, and the connection between each panel and the power supply can be made through the terminal block on the back of the panel. In addition, the formation of a notch allows the connection wire between the terminal block and the heater to be accommodated better, and the reduction in strength due to the provision of the notch can be reduced by changing the location of the notch and the terminal. This is prevented by reinforcing it with a mounting plate for mounting the stand. The present invention will be described in detail below based on the illustrated embodiment. As shown in FIG. 12 and a heat equalizing plate 13 are arranged, a terminal block 2 is attached to the back side, and an overheating preventer 6 is arranged in a groove provided on the top surface of the board 10. has been done. The terminal block 2 is provided at the center of the panel 1 in the width direction and near one end in the longitudinal direction, and as is clear from FIG.
It is attached to the panel 1 via a mounting plate 15 that is fixed with screws 16 to a T-shaped nut 14 embedded in the panel. By sandwiching the board 10 between the flange portion of the nut 14 and the mounting plate 15, even if the material of the board 10 is soft, it can be firmly attached. A connecting wire between the terminal block 2 and the planar heater 12 is housed in the notch 17 provided in the substrate 10 . Note that this notch 17
The reduction in strength due to the provision of the notch 17 does not become a problem because the notch 17 is located at the center in the width direction of the panel 1 and is reinforced by the mounting plate 15. Further, the terminal block 2 is finally covered with a cover 22. The terminal block 2 shown here is a so-called quick-connect terminal where the connection is completed by simply inserting the tip of the uncoated wire into the insertion hole 20, and the wire is pressed against the terminal board by the internal locking spring. It is equipped with a total of three terminals: an input section, a connection section with the heater 12, and an output section for sending wiring. However, when constructing the lever panel 1, as shown in Figure 3, it is laid on the joists 3, and all wiring between the panels 1 and connections to the power source are made through the terminal block 2. . The terminal block 2 is equipped with a quick connection terminal, so you only need to insert the wires, making the connection work easy and eliminating the need to store the wires. However, wiring is possible. Note that the overtemperature preventer 6 is installed at multiple locations within the panel 1, and each overtemperature preventer 6
As shown in FIG. 4, the connection between the ends is made by folding back the ends of the lead wire 60 led out from the overtemperature rise preventer 6 and the connecting lead wire 61, and hooking the ends of both together. This is done by soldering this hook. In order to ensure soldering and to facilitate setting the intervals between the overheating preventers 6 at a predetermined interval, the size of the groove formed on the board 10 is adjusted to account for the error in the interval. The excessive temperature rise preventer 6 can be reliably housed in the groove even if it is not large. This is intended to reduce the decrease in strength that is affected by the size of the groove. The excessive temperature rise preventer 6 and the planar heater 12 are connected through the cutout 17. In addition, when the surface pattern of the wood-based surface material 11 in the panel 1 is uneven as shown by the broken line in FIG. It is advisable to set the auxiliary flooring material 7 to be laid between the panel 1 and the panel 1 as a set. In other words, if you try to match the pattern on the panel 1, which is usually larger than the flooring material 8, with the pattern on the flooring material 8, you will have to cut the flooring material 8, so that the irregular pattern will not continue. Since there are no nuts or tenons on the cut end surface of the flooring 8, a step or a gap occurs at the connection with the panel 1, resulting in a poor finish. However, the fifth model, which combines flooring materials of different lengths,
If you prepare the auxiliary floor material 7 shown with diagonal lines in the figure in advance, there is no need to cut the floor material 8, and a clean connection can be made without causing the problems described above. It is something. FIG. 6 shows a cross section of the connecting portion. 9 in the figure is a joint bar. If the edge of the surface material 11 in the panel 1 has a rounded corner for design reasons, and if this corner becomes a hindrance in order to unify the design with the surrounding area, please refer to Fig. 7. As shown, it is preferable to use an auxiliary flooring material 7 or a flooring material 8 provided with protrusions 70 that fill the corners.

As described above, in this invention, since the terminal block for external connection is provided on the back side of the panel, it has the advantage that wiring work is easy and wiring work can be done after the panel is fixed.
Also, because of the notch, the connecting wire between the terminal block and the heater can be easily accommodated, and even though the notch is provided in this way, the notch is located at the center of the width of the panel. Since the terminal block is reinforced with a mounting plate for mounting the terminal block, there is no problem with a decrease in strength due to the presence of the notch.
