Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a winding device, which can wind a wire rod efficiently on an L-shaped core and in which the pitch displacement and torsion of the wire rod are difficult to be generated. CONSTITUTION:A guide member 1 capable of guiding a wire rod W while giving fixed tension and a support member 3 capable of supporting an L-shaped core C are provided, the guide member 1 is fixed to a rotary table 2 rotatably in the horizontal direction in the periphery of the support member 3, and the support member 3 is fastened rotatably to a rotary plate 11 from a position, where one end C2 of the core C runs in parallel with the rotating central axis S-S of the guide member 1, to a position, where the other end C1 of the core C runs parallel in with the rotating central axis S-S of the guide member 1. A vertically movable member 12 is mounted to the guide member 1, thus relatively mounting the movable member 12 and the support member 3 in a parallel displaceable manner to the rotary central axis S-S of the guide member 1.

That is, as shown in FIG. 3, first, the core 30 in which the first component 10 and the second component 20 are joined is fixed to the rotating shaft 40 in a cantilever state, and the core 30 is rotated in this state. The conductive wire 40 is wound around the first component 10 while being performed. After that, once remove the core 30 from the rotary shaft 40,
Next, the second component 20 is fixed again to the rotating shaft 40, and the conductive wire 5 is attached to the second component 20 while rotating the core 30 in the same manner.

When the winding work of the wire W is completed just before the bent portion of the core C as described above, the rotating plate 4 is actuated by driving the motor 8 as shown in FIG. The other end of C (the side supported by the support member) C1
The support member 3 is rotated to a position where is parallel to the rotation center axis S-S of the guide member 1. That is, the support member 3 is rotated by an angle equal to the complementary angle of the bending angle of the core C (90 degrees when the bending angle is a right angle as shown in the figure). At this time, the rotation of the guide member 1 and the movable member 1
The wire rod W is wound around the bent portion of the core C by continuing the upward movement of 2 and further lowering the rotary table 2. It should be noted that the reason why the rotary table 2 is moved down is that the displacement of the core C is absorbed because the position of the core C shifts downward as the support member 3 rotates.

Therefore, in the winding device of this embodiment,
By keeping the rotation speed of the guide member 1 and the moving speed of the guide member 1 constant, the wire rod W is core C at a constant pitch.
Can be wrapped around. Moreover, the pitch of the wire W can be adjusted by adjusting the balance between the rotation speed of the guide member 1 and the moving speed of the guide member 1 upward. Of course, the wire W can be wound around the core C without any gap.

Further, since it is not necessary to re-fix the core C to the support member 3 between the winding start and the winding end of the wire W, the working efficiency is good and the wire W is not twisted.

Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above with reference to the drawings, the specific structure is not limited to this embodiment, and there are design changes and the like within the scope not departing from the gist of the present invention. Also included in the present invention. For example, in the embodiment, since the guide member is provided with the movable member capable of vertical movement, the support member and the guide member are provided so as to be relatively movable in parallel to the rotation center axis of the guide member. Although the winding device is shown, the support member may be provided so as to be vertically movable with respect to the movable plate, or the movable plate may be attached to a vertically movable member so as to be vertically movable on the support member side. Further, in the operation of the embodiment, the example in which the wire is directly wound around the core is shown, but a thin resin tubular body is formed around the core, and the glass fiber or the bare resin is placed outside the resin tubular body. You may make it wind a conductive wire. Further, in the embodiment, the winding device capable of rotating the rotating plate up to 90 degrees has been shown, but the rotating plate can be rotated up to 120 degrees, 135 degrees and 150 degrees. The bending angle is 60 degrees, 45 degrees,
It may be usable for a core of 30 degrees. Further, in the embodiment, the example in which the rotary plate is hinged to the lower end of the fixed plate is shown, but the rotary plate may be hinged to the upper end of the fixed plate.

As described above, the winding device of the present invention comprises the guide member capable of supplying the wire with a constant tension and the support member capable of supporting the L-shaped core. The guide member is fixed to a rotating member so as to be rotatable around the support member, and the support member has the other end of the core from the position where one end of the core is parallel to the rotation center axis of the guide member. Is fixed to the rotating member so as to be rotatable to a position parallel to the rotation center axis of the guide member, and the support member and the guide member are provided so as to be relatively movable relative to the rotation center axis of the guide member. Since the rotation speed of the guide member and the relative movement speed of the support member and the guide member are constant, the wire can be wound around the core at a constant pitch, and the wire can be wound from the beginning. By the end There is no need to re-secure the to the support member, work efficiency along with good effect that twist the wire does not occur.
