[Prior Art] Conventionally, a specially shaped frame template used for measuring front suspensions, floor pan plates, etc., has been used to measure damaged vehicles.
This was installed under the vehicle to measure the length and width of the underbody. However, in order to measure all types of vehicles with this method, it is necessary to prepare all templates specially designed for each vehicle, and therefore measurements using this template are limited to certain types of vehicles. Moreover, it could only be applied to specialized repairs of model vehicles whose body designs do not change frequently.

When using this device, a damaged vehicle is often placed on top of the device and the entire device is lifted to measure deformation or to repair the damaged portion. Therefore, the above-mentioned work has been carried out with a lift device attached to the lower surface of the workbench device for damaged vehicles, or by using a workbench device for damaged vehicles with the lift device fixed to the underside in advance.

[Problems that the invention aims to solve] However, the lift devices used in general repair shops, etc. are those in which a thick cylinder rod moves up and down, those in the shape of a diamond-shaped pantograph on a train, Alternatively, since most lift systems use screws, if a lift device is fixed to the bottom surface of the workbench device for a damaged vehicle, the top surface of the workbench device will be elevated by the amount of the lift device. Therefore, when placing a damaged vehicle on the top surface of this work platform device, the vehicle must be lifted by the height mentioned above, which becomes a very troublesome task. The floor is dug and a lift device is embedded in the dug-out part so that the workbench device is located at the floor level.

However, due to current land conditions, repair shops often have to be built on the second floor, and in the case of the second floor, it is not possible to dig into the floor as mentioned above, so it is necessary to embed the lift device. It was nearly impossible to use the work platform equipment for the damaged vehicle. In addition, in the case of the method in which the lift device is embedded, it is completely impossible to move the work platform device for damaged vehicles, which is very inconvenient when changing the layout within the repair shop. With lift equipment, when an unbalanced load is applied to the workbench, etc.
There remained concerns regarding safety.

Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned problems, this invention allows a damaged vehicle to be easily placed without digging into the floor when installing a work platform device for a damaged vehicle, and can also be easily moved and installed. Moreover, the present invention has been devised for the purpose of stably and safely raising and lowering the work platform device for a damaged vehicle.

[Means for Solving the Problems] This invention provides a workbench for damaged vehicles that supports a damaged vehicle on a rectangular frame, measures the deformation of the vehicle body, and repairs damaged parts as necessary; It consists of a lift device that raises and lowers a vehicle work platform, and the damaged vehicle work platform has a rectangular frame that is wide enough to place the damaged vehicle and thick enough to be inserted under the damaged vehicle. The rectangular frame is formed into an elongated rectangular frame shape, and a measuring rod for damaged vehicles,
The lift device is formed with a mounting groove for mounting a measuring member or a tensioning device for repair, etc.
A base that can be stored in approximately the middle part of the rectangular frame, and a base that can be stored in the base and has an X-shape with the approximately middle part as a fulcrum, and its two lower open ends can be opened and closed by the base. It consists of a lift arm that is held and raises and lowers the rectangular frame by supporting it with its two upper open ends, and a lifting device that presses the lift arm in a direction where the X-shape becomes vertically long and lifts the rectangular frame. , the lift arm is provided with a stopper that prevents the X-shape from moving in the direction in which it becomes horizontally elongated, and that can be released by remote control. The above-mentioned problem is solved by disposing the arm so that it does not protrude upward from the rectangular frame when the arm is stored, and by forming the base to have a sufficient size to prevent the rectangular frame from tipping even if an unbalanced load is applied to it. It is something.

By this, by opening and closing the two lower open ends 12 and 13 of the lift arm 6, the rectangular frame 1 can be opened and closed.
Since the pivoted open ends 12 and 14 of the lift arm 6 are both on the same side, the rectangular frame 1 moves up and down with almost no deviation in the lateral direction with respect to the base 5. Then, the respective dimensions are set so that the lift arm 6 can be stored in the base 5 when the lower part of the lift arm 6 is opened to nearly 180 degrees or to 180 degrees.

This hydraulic cylinder 16 is shown in FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 4, two thin hydraulic cylinders are used, and the base end of each hydraulic cylinder 16 is swingably attached to the inside of the open end 13 of the lift arm 6, and the tip of the cylinder rod 17 is It is swingably mounted slightly above the middle portion of the rectangular frame 7. Actually, the shaft portion of the fulcrum 9 of the rectangular frame 7 is covered with a mounting frame 18, and this mounting frame 18 is fixed to the rectangular frame 7, and the tip of the cylinder rod 17 is swingably mounted on the upper surface of this mounting frame 18. It is something.

Then, when the cylinder rod 17 of the hydraulic cylinder 16 pushes the middle part of the rectangular frame 7 slightly upward against the open end 13 of the rectangular frame 8, the angle between the open ends 13 and 15 is widened. Then, the lower open end 1 of the lift arm 6
2 and 13 move in the closing direction to raise the rectangular frame 1. Conversely, by pulling the cylinder rod 17 of the hydraulic cylinder 16 or by making the cylinder rod 17 easily retract into the hydraulic cylinder 16, the rectangular frame 1 is lowered by the pulling force or by its own weight. .

At this time, as the lift arm 6 expands in the horizontal direction, the lift arm 6 is housed within the base 5 and is surrounded by the longitudinal member 2 of the rectangular frame 1 and the two reinforcing members 4. The base 5 is housed within the frame. By doing so, the base 5 and lift arm 6 are completely housed within the rectangular frame 1, so at that point the overall height is only the height of each longitudinal member 2, 3 of the rectangular frame 1. Since the height of the frame is formed into an elongated rectangular frame that is wide enough to place the damaged vehicle and thick enough to be inserted under the damaged vehicle, the damaged vehicle itself is almost immovable. Despite this, the damaged vehicle can be easily placed, and in that case, the size of the hydraulic cylinder 16 is adjusted so that the hydraulic cylinder 16 is arranged so as not to protrude upward from the rectangular frame 1. ,

The inner wall on the widthwise frame member 10a side inside each locking notch 20 is formed vertically downward, and the locking protrusion 21 engages with the locking notch 20 of the stopper 19, thereby forming an X-shape of the lift arm 6. It is formed so as to prevent movement in the direction in which the shape becomes horizontally long, that is, movement of the open end 13 in the direction of the width direction frame member 10b.

Moreover, the inner wall on the widthwise frame member 10b side inside the locking notch 20 is formed to be inclined so as to expand downward, so that the X-shape of the lift arm 6 can be moved in the direction in which it becomes vertically elongated. When the open end 13 moves toward the widthwise frame member 10a, the stopper 19 is pushed toward the widthwise frame member 10a while the locking protrusion 21 is engaged with one of the locking notches 20. , the stopper 19 has the locking notch 2
0 is formed so that it is pushed and swung upward while being in contact with the locking protrusion 21. If the pushing continues, the locking protrusion 21 will be inserted into the next locking notch 20 again.
If this pushing motion continues, the locking protrusions 21 will sequentially engage with the plurality of locking notches 20 by repeating the above-mentioned rocking motion.

Also, in the process of engaging in this way, the open end 13
When there is a movement toward the width direction frame member 10b, if the locking protrusion 21 is engaged with the locking notch 20, the movement is blocked at that position as described above, and the stopper 19 swings upward. When the stopper 19 is moving, the locking protrusion 21 engages with the adjacent locking notch 20 due to the weight of the stopper 19, and movement is prevented at that position. That is, this stopper 19 functions as a ratchet by the locking notch 20 and the locking protrusion 21, and only prevents movement of the open end 13 in the widthwise direction of the frame member 10b.

That is, the longitudinal members 11a, 11 of the base 5
One stopper release cam 22 is provided outside the locking protrusion 21 on the inside of b, and the position of the stopper release cam 22 is set in the widthwise direction of the frame member with respect to the locking protrusion 21 at the interval between the locking notches 20. The location is close to 10a side. These stopper release cams 22 can be operated at a position away from the rectangular frame 1 by means of a cam operating bar 23, which is an elongated rod whose base end is bent at a right angle. As shown in FIG. 5, this stopper release cam 22 is approximately L-shaped and has one end rotatably attached to the longitudinal members 11a, 11.
