[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) The present invention is a joint for concrete segments that is fixed to the joint of concrete segments and used to connect the segments to each other to assemble a tunnel lining. Specifically, the present invention relates to a core for molding a bolt pocket of the joint. (Prior Art) Conventional joints for concrete segments have various structures for the purpose of firmly joining segments together, one of which is a joint for concrete segments made of cast iron. This will be explained with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. Reference numeral 101 indicates a joint for a concrete segment made of cast iron. 102 is a core for forming the bolt pocket of the joint, which is made by welding steel plates;
Together with the joint 101, it is temporarily tightened to the formwork 103 with bolts 104. Note that 105 is a bolt hole. (Problem to be solved by the invention) Conventional joint for cast concrete segment 1
Since the bolt pocket molding core 102 for 01 is as described above, when the core 102 is attached to the inner cavity V of the casting joint, the inner cavity wall surface 101a is made of the same material as the surface in order to reduce the manufacturing cost. In some cases, the core 102 is left as cast without being machined, and in order to easily install the core 102 in the inner space V of the joint, it is necessary to mold the inner surface 101a of the inner space and the bolt pocket. It is necessary to provide a clearance S between the core 102 and the core 102. Then, concrete would flow into this clearance S during pouring, and there was a risk that the concrete in this area would peel off or be chipped when the core was demolded. (Means for Solving the Problems) The feature of the core for molding bolt pockets of joints for concrete segments according to the present invention is that the core is made of a thin metal plate covered with an elastic cover such as rubber or plastic. The point is that the outer surface can be pushed out. (Function) Since the present invention is a core for molding a bolt pocket of a concrete segment joint having the above-mentioned structure, if the core is temporarily tightened together with the joint into the formwork, and then the outer surface of the core is pushed out, The rubber cover adheres to the inside surface of the bolt pocket of the joint, and as a result,
It is possible to close the clearance created between the core and the inner surface of the bolt pocket, eliminating any room for concrete to enter. (Embodiment) An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
In order to reduce manufacturing costs, the surface of a is left as cast without being machined. 2 is a core for forming a bolt pocket for the concrete segment joint 1, which is made of a steel plate, a portion 2a having a thickness of 4 to 5 mm, and a portion 2b having a thickness of 4 to 5 mm.
It has a thickness of 0.5 to 2 mm. The outer surface of the core 2 is covered with a rubber cover 3. 4 is an extrusion bar, which consists of an upper extrusion section 5, a guide section 6, and a lower extrusion section 7;
has three tapered surfaces 5a, 5b, 5c, and the lower extruded portion 7 has three tapered surfaces 7a, 7b, 7c, respectively. 8 indicates an upper first expansion member that is expanded rearward as shown by the arrow by the tapered surface 5a of the bar upper extrusion portion 5 when the extrusion bar 4 moves upward;
Reference numerals 9 and 10 respectively indicate upper second and third expansion members which are similarly expanded in both directions indicated by arrows by the tapered surfaces 5b and 5c of the bar upper extrusion portion 5 when the extrusion bar 4 moves upward. Similarly, reference numeral 11 indicates a tapered surface 7 of the lower extrusion portion 7 of the extrusion bar 4 when the extrusion bar 4 moves upward.
a indicates the lower first expanding member that is expanded rearward as indicated by the arrow, and 12 and 13 similarly indicate the extrusion bar 4
Tapered surface 7b of the lower extruded portion 7 of the bar during upward movement;
7c indicates the lower second and third expansion members that are expanded in both directions indicated by the arrows. In addition, 14 is a pad, and 15, 16, and 17 are extrusion bars 4, respectively.
The guide members 18 and 18 respectively indicate bolt holes drilled in the formwork 19 for temporarily tightening the core 2 together with the joint 1. Further, arrow A indicates the direction in which fluid pressure is applied to the extrusion bar 4 by a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder or the like. Then, instead of the rubber cover 3, an elastic plastic cover may be used. Next, the forming process of the bolt pocket of the concrete segment joint will be explained below. First, the expansion members 8 to 13 and the guide members 15, 16, 1 are placed together with the extrusion bar 4 in the hollow part of the steel plate bolt pocket molding core 2 covered with the rubber cover 3.
7 is assembled and temporarily fastened together with the joint 1 to the formwork 19 with bolts. Then, by applying fluid pressure upward as shown by arrow A using a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder to move the extrusion bar 4 upward, each of the expansion members 8 to 13 will be pushed out and the top of the extrusion bar 4 will be expanded. directly pushes up the portion 2b of the core 2 , and as a result, the rubber cover 3 is brought into close contact with the inner cavity wall surface 1a of the joint 1, and the clearance S can be closed. Moreover,
Concrete is poured into the formwork 19, and after the concrete has solidified, the temporary bolts are removed and the core 2 is taken out, thereby forming the bolt pocket of the joint. (Effects of the invention) According to the invention, first, a necessary clearance is provided between the inner wall of the concrete segment joint and the core to facilitate assembly of the joint and the core;
Then, at the time of pouring, the core can be pushed up to close the clearance, so there is no need to worry about the concrete entering the clearance peeling off or falling off, unlike in the past, and therefore the concrete in that area can be peeled off. You can save yourself some troublesome work.
