Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress or prevent thermal deterioration, oxidation deterioration of a body plate of a combustion boiler even in the case of a heat exchanger in which a plate to be heated having barring holes and air gaps continued to a lower edge of the plate to be heated are used. CONSTITUTION:Many plates 2 to be heated having barring holes 3 of a shape in which air gaps 4 are continued up to its lower edge at a position separate from a heat absorption tube passing position are arranged in a combustion boiler in a heat exchanger of a combustion implement. Thus, heat generated in the boiler is absorbed to the tube through the plates 2. Heat shut-off plates 7 for shutting OFF the holes 3 and the gaps 4 continued thereto are provided to a body plate 5 of the boiler near both ends of the arranged plates 2.

2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional example of a heat exchanger for a combustion instrument of this kind, there is a heat exchanger described in Japanese Patent Application No. 1-61670.
This conventional heat exchanger will be described with reference to FIGS. 7, 8 and 9. FIG. 7 is a front view showing a configuration of a main part of a conventional heat exchanger shown in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 1-61670, FIG. 8 is a sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 7, and FIG. 9 is a sectional view taken along line BB of FIG. Is. Reference numeral 1 is a heat absorbing tube, 2 is a plate to be heated, and 3 is a burring hole. In the burring hole 3, a void 4 continuous with the hole 3 continues to the lower edge of the plate to be heated. Reference numeral 5 denotes a body plate of a combustion can body of a combustion appliance. With the burring holes 3 and the gaps 4 as described above, even when the distance between the positions where the heat absorbing tubes 1 penetrate is widened, the intermediate position of the distance may be overheated. Therefore, the disadvantage that the intermediate position of the heated plate 2 is deteriorated due to heat or oxidation is prevented.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional heat exchanger for a burning appliance, when a large number of the heated plates 2 are arranged, the burring holes 3 and the voids formed in each of the heated plates 2 are formed. As shown in FIG. 9, 4 constitutes a kind of tunnel passage, and the rising combustion heat is guided through the tunnel passage and directly hits the body plate 5 of the combustion can body. Therefore, in the conventional case, the body plate 5 is exposed to a high temperature, a large thermal stress is likely to be generated, and cracks are generated, which causes thermal and oxidative deterioration of the body plate.

In order to achieve the above object, a heat exchanger of a combustion apparatus according to the present invention is provided with a burring hole having a shape in which a void is continuous to a lower edge at a position apart from a position where a heat absorbing tube penetrates. A large number of heated plates are arranged in the combustion can,
As a result, a heat exchanger of a combustion device, wherein the heat generated in the combustion can is absorbed by the endothermic tube through the heated plate, the heat exchanger being located near both ends of the arranged heated plates, the combustion can. A first feature is that a heat shield plate that shields the burring hole and the gap continuous with the burring hole is provided between the body plate and the body plate. Further, the heat exchanger of the combustion instrument of the present invention,
A large number of heated plates provided with burring holes in the form of continuous voids up to the lower edge at positions away from the endothermic tube penetration position are arranged in the combustion can body, whereby the heat generated in the combustion can body is A heat exchanger of a combustion device adapted to be absorbed by a heat absorption tube through a heated plate, wherein only the heated plate located in the vicinity of a body plate constituting the combustion can body has no burring holes and voids. According to the first feature described above, the heat shield plates for shielding the burring holes and the voids continuous with the burring holes are provided near the both ends of the arranged heated plates and between the body plate of the combustion can body. Since they are arranged, the high temperature air flowing toward the trunk plate side through the tunnel passage formed by the continuation of the burring hole and the gap is blocked by the heat shield plate before the trunk plate. Therefore, the trunk plate is prevented from being directly exposed to high temperature, and thermal deterioration,
Oxidative deterioration is suppressed or prevented. Of course, the heated plate portion far from the position of each heat absorption tube is prevented from being overheated by the heat radiation by the bar link hole and the gap. Further, according to the second feature, only the heated plate located near the body plate constituting the combustion can body is replaced with the heated plate having no burring hole and no void, so that the burring hole and the void are continuously connected. The high-temperature air flowing to the shell plate side through the formed tunnel passage is blocked by the burring hole and the heated plate having no voids in front of the shell plate.
Therefore, as in the case of the first feature, heat deterioration and oxidative deterioration of the body plate are prevented. Excessive heating of the heated plate portion far from the endothermic tube position is prevented by heat dissipation by the burring holes and the air gaps.

A combustion can body having a combustion chamber 6 formed therein and a large number of heated plates 2 arranged therein is surrounded by a body plate 5. A plurality of heat absorbing tubes 1 are arranged vertically and horizontally at a constant interval in the can, and penetrate the large number of heated plates 2 arranged in the can. Each heated plate 2 is provided with a burring hole 3 at a position farthest from the penetrating position of the heat absorption tube 1, and a void 4 is continuous from the hole 3 to the lower edge of the heated plate 2. This prevents or suppresses overheating of a portion that is apt to be overheated at a position away from the heat absorption tube 1.

Reference numeral 7 denotes a heat shield plate, which is the array of heated plates 2
It is provided between the body plate 5 and both ends of the. Actually, the heat shield plate 7 is provided so as to cover a few of the heated plates 2 near both ends. The shielding plate 7 is locked to the body plate 5 at the upper edge bent portion 7a and is fitted into the heat absorbing tube 1 at the cutout portion 7b to be stable. Further, the remaining main body portion 7c overlaps with the burring hole 3 and the void 4 of the heated plate 2 when arranged together with the heated plate 2, and shields this. As a result, the flow of high-temperature air passing through the burring holes 3 and the gap 4 is blocked, and high heat is prevented from directly hitting the body plate 5. That is, heat deterioration and oxidation deterioration of the body plate 5 are prevented. In addition, it is possible to prevent variation in temperature distribution (prone to high temperature near both ends) due to easy alignment of heated plates 2 near both ends in the array of heated plates 2 (variation in alignment gap), and heat exchange efficiency. Can be improved.
