(F)成分を2本ロールを用いて配合するのが有利であ
る。このようにして調製されたシリコーンゴム組成物を
100℃〜180℃に数分間〜数時間加圧または非加圧
下に加熱し、さらに必要に応じて後加硫すると硬化して
耐候性,耐摩擦性に優れ、びびりの発生のないワイパー
ブレードに好適なシリコーンゴム製品を与える。

次に、このシリコーンゴム組成物を170℃、10分間
の条件で熱プレスを用いて硬化させ、さらに200℃、
4時間の条件でオーブン中で後加硫を行うことにより、
厚さ2mmのシートを作成した。このシートについてJIS
K 6301に従って硬度、引張り強度を測定した。ま
た、このシリコーンゴム組成物をワイパーブレード用成
形金型を用い上記と同様の条件下で加熱硬化させた。得
られた成形品をワイパーブレード試験用の試験機に組み
込んで、シリコーンゴム成形品面を水で濡らした平面ガ
ラス板に押しつけて24時間の揺動試験を行った。ここ
で、揺動試験条件は、押付力600g,揺動角±45
度,ストローク45cm,速度50回/分であった。そし
て平面ガラス中央部から6cc/分の水量を滴下しながら
24時間揺動させた。これらの測定結果を表1,表2に
示した。
