However, in the above conventional structure, since the guide rail is extended and protrudes from the stairs, for example, in a floor surface portion either above or below the stairs, a direction orthogonal to the stair climbing direction. When there is a corridor in the corridor, there are drawbacks such as the rail portion projecting from the extension is a hindrance to walking, and a pedestrian may get caught, which is dangerous. The present invention aims to eliminate the above-mentioned problems.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, in the mounting and elevating apparatus described at the beginning, a supporting arm rotatable about a horizontal axis is pivotally supported on the elevating and lowering drive body. The mounting member is supported by the support arm in a state in which the support arm is maintained in a horizontal posture regardless of the turning operation of the support arm. According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the mounting and elevating device described at the beginning, the elevating drive member and the mounting member are connected via an arm that is extendable and contractible in a direction along the moving direction of the elevating drive member. There is a point.

According to the structure of the first aspect of the present invention, even when the elevating / lowering body is stopped in the position-fixed state, the supporting arm is rotated to keep the mounting member within a predetermined range while maintaining the horizontal posture. You can swing up and down with. As a result, even if the guide rail is configured to be short at the end of the stairs so as not to project outward, the mounting member has a proper object mounting surface with respect to the floor surface outside the stairs. It will be possible to set a height for getting on and off. According to the configuration of the second invention, by extending the arm at the end of the stairs, the placing member is moved toward the outside of the end of the rail in the same horizontal posture as that during the lifting operation. Even if the rail is configured to be short so that it does not project outward from the end of the stairs, the mounting member has an appropriate height for the object mounting surface with respect to the floor outside the stairs. It will be possible to set the boarding and alighting state.

As a result, it is possible to smoothly perform the placement work of the object to be conveyed at the elevating end portion while the elevating guide rail is provided so as not to project outward from the end portion of the stairs. Even if there is a corridor in the direction perpendicular to the stair climbing direction on the floor part on the outside of the stairs, the rails will not extend and project into this corridor part, which will obstruct walking. It has become possible to prevent the harmful effects such as being caught in the air and being caught by pedestrians.

Embodiments will be described below with reference to the drawings. Figure 1
In FIG. 1, there is shown a loading / unloading device for loading and unloading a physically handicapped person, luggage, etc. along stairs. This loading / lowering device is configured by mounting a lifting guide rail 3 on the lateral wall 2 of the stairs 1 in an oblique direction along the stairs 1, and providing a moving device 4 for driving and lifting along the rails 3. The moving device 4 is composed of an elevating / lowering drive body 5 in which an electric motor M1 for moving drive is installed, and a mounting member 6 disposed on the upper part thereof. The object to be conveyed is placed and can be moved up and down along the rail 3.

More specifically, the rail 3 has a structure as shown in FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 3, the arm 7 is formed to have a rectangular cross section, and is appropriately connected to the lateral wall 2 by an arm 7 extending from the lateral side. A rack gear 8 is formed in the central portion on the lower surface side of the rail 3 over substantially the entire length in the longitudinal direction, and a pinion gear 9 provided on an elevating / lowering body meshes with the rack gear 8 to electrically drive the pinion gear 9. The motor M1 is rotated and driven to move up and down. That is, a frame 10 for covering the rail 3 is provided on the lifting / lowering drive body 5, and a pair of upper and lower guide rollers 11 are supported on the frame 10 at two positions before and after the moving direction.
Is configured to be supported from above and below in a state where it is movable in the longitudinal direction and is regulated in the vertical direction, and the output of the electric motor M2 supported by the frame 10 is passed through a worm gear reduction mechanism 12 Thus, the drive support shaft 13 of the pinion gear 9 supported in the state of being engaged with the rack gear 8 is rotationally driven at a low speed.

A supporting arm 14 is pivotally connected to the elevating / lowering driving body 5 so as to be rotatable relative to the horizontal axis X, and the supporting arm 14 is pivotally connected to the free end side of the supporting arm 14. Regardless, the mounting member 6 is supported in a state of maintaining the horizontal posture. That is, the support arm 14 is configured to be rotationally driven by the drive of the electric motor M2 via a worm gear reduction mechanism (not shown), and
Even when the supporting arm 14 is pivotally connected to the mounting member 6 at a level higher than the center of gravity P of the mounting member 6 so as to be freely rotatable, and the supporting arm 14 is rotated, the hanging mounting horizontal posture is maintained by its own weight. Is done. According to this structure, even when the guide rails 3 are set on both the upper and lower sides of the stairs to be short so as not to project to the outside of the stairs, the support arm 14 is rotated to rotate the mounting member. 6 on stairs 1
It can be positioned on the floor surface 16 on the outer side of, and the height of the transported object placement surface 6a can be appropriately set from the floor surface where people can easily get on and off, load and unload cargo, and the like.

[Embodiment 1] In order to maintain the mounting member 6 in a horizontal position with respect to the support arm 14, instead of the structure based on the sagging due to its own weight, the horizontal inclination angle of the mounting member 6 is detected. A tilt sensor may be provided, and the electric motor M2 may be driven and controlled based on the detection result of the tilt sensor so that the mounting member 6 always maintains a horizontal posture.

[Other Embodiments] As shown in FIG. 4, the elevating / lowering drive member 5 and the mounting member 6 are driven along the moving direction of the elevating / lowering drive member 5 so as to be expandable / contractible. ] May be used for the connection. According to this structure, even when the elevating guide rail 3 is configured to have a short length that does not project outward from the end of the staircase 1, the mounting member 6 is moved to the staircase 1 by extending the electric cylinder 17.
Can be positioned on the floor surface 16 on the outer side of the vehicle, and the transferred object placement surface 6a can be appropriately set to a height from the floor surface 16 where people can easily get in and out of or load and unload cargo. . Further, instead of the electric cylinder 17, a hydraulic cylinder, another expansion / contraction drive mechanism, or a manual expansion / contraction mechanism may be used.
