した小型フイルタに関するものである。 [従来の技術] 従来、小型磁気デイスク装置の循環用フイルタ
で、ひだ条に曲折された材を使用したもので
は、小型の角型ケーシングに収納した後、材の
周囲をシール剤によつて接着シールしたもの、ま
たはひだ状に曲折された材のひだ筋両端を、ケ
ーシングとリテーナに設けたクシ歯状突起部で上
下から挟持しシールするクリンプ・シール型が多
く採用されている。 [考案が解決しようとする問題点] ひだ状に曲折した材を角型ケーシングに収納
した後、材の周囲をシール剤によつて接着シー
ルするものは、接着が完全の場合は高効率材に
よる過効率がHEPAフイルタの基本性能であ
る99.97%以上が得られることで有利である反面、
小型磁気デイスク装置に使用されるものでは超小
型フイルタが必要となるため、限られた過面積
が接着剤の含浸によつて減少することや、製作時
の作業性が劣ることでコスト高になるなどの問題
点がある。 また、ひだ状に曲折した材のひだ筋両端を、
かみ合うように配設したクシ歯状突起部で上下か
ら挟持するクリンプ・シール型のものは、シール
剤による接着が不要のため、組付けが簡易である
ことや、ひだ間隔が保持されるためセパレータが
不要で、製造コストが安くなるなど多くの利点が
ある反面、シール部の形状がクシ歯形状に沿つて
曲折するため微細な〓間が生じ易く、完全なシー
リングが得られないことで、高効率の材を使用
しても過効率99.97%に到達できず、従つて
HEPAフイルタとして使用するのには問題点で
あつた。 [問題点を解決するための手段および作用] 本考案はクリンプ・シール型フイルタが持つ多
くの利点を生かし、HEPAフイルタとしての満
足な性能を得るため過効率の向上を図ることを
目的としたもので、ひだ状に曲折された材を挟
持する上下のクシ歯状突起部のいずれか一方の、
シール面となる突起部厚さのほぼ中央に、クシ歯
形状に沿つて連続した一条の突起筋を設けること
によつて、材を挟持する片方が線接触となり、
接触圧の微細な変化に伴つて順応できることで〓
間がなくなり、ほぼ完全なシールが得られるとい
うものである。 以下に本考案の一実施例について添付図により
詳細な説明をする。 第1図は、上部ケーシング11と下部ケーシン
グ24の嵌め合わせによつて、ひだ状に曲折した
材20を挟持した状態を示すフイルタ10の横
断面で、第2図はそれの分解部品配列斜視図、第
3図は第2図における3−3断面を示す。 上部ケーシング11の両側壁12,13内面に
隣接して下向きのクシ歯状突起部14,15が設
けてあり、下部ケーシング24との合わせ面より
