んでコイル部12を完成させる。上記左鍔2の切
欠き16から右鍔3の切欠き16にわたつてはま
り込む一対の板状の絶縁壁13を保護ケース14
内に一体に設け、上記絶縁壁13をコイルボビン
1と鉄芯11の間に貫通させ上記コイル部12を
保護ケース14の中に収納して完成していた。

り合う2対の切欠き36を設ける。上記コイルボ
ビン21に1次コイル29と2次コイル30を巻
回し、EE型あるいはEI型の鉄芯31をコイルボ
ビン21の周囲を取り囲むように組込んでトラン
ス本体となるコイル部32を形成する。上記保護
ケース34の内面にコイルボビン21に設けた切
欠き部36にはまり合う位置に一対の板状の絶縁
壁33を形成する。上記絶縁壁33は保護ケース
34と一体に形成し、開放端部に傾斜部38を有
した形状としている。傾斜角度は任意で良いが、
高い方は保護ケース34の底面よりやや低い位置
とし、低い方はコイル部32を保護ケース34に
組込んだ状態で、コイルボビン21のボビン基部
39に達する程度としている。ここで傾斜部38
の中央にある凹部37は保護ケース34の成形時
金型より抜出すための突出しピンを配置したもの
である。さらに上記絶縁壁33の鉄芯31側に接
する面に、上記絶縁壁33の上端部より低い位置

設けた切欠き部に絶縁壁がきつちりはまり合いそ
の部分に空隙が発生せず鉄芯とコイルとの沿面・
空間距離が確実に確保でき安全性の高いトランス
の供給が実現できる。さらに上記凸状リブが設け
られるため絶縁壁のソリ等の影響をうけにくくな
り、コイル部と保護ケースの組立てが簡単かつ確
実に行える等産業上の効果は大なるものである。
