露出するので切断され易く、信頼性が不十分なも
のであつた。 本願考案はかかる問題点を解決しようとするも
のであり、その目的は、組立の際の作業性に優
れ、しかも信頼性が高いコイルボビンを提供する
事にある。

イルボビン端の外周面には両者に共通するL字形
の切欠が設けられ、この切欠の一辺は前記の外周
面に連なりかつコイル巻線の巻き方向に広がつた
面を構成し、コイル巻線の端末近傍は前記の切欠
内に配置されることを特徴とするものである。

コイルボビン端1からなるコイルボビンに巻き回
されている。一方のコイルボビン端1の外周端近
くには、軸方向外側に向けてコイル端子4が立て
られた端末部3が設けられている。第1図に示さ
れるように、この端末部3とコイルボビン端1の
外周面には両者に共通するL字形の切欠5が設け
られ、この切欠5を構成する一面5−aは外周面
に連なりかつコイル巻線の巻き方向に広がつた面
を構成している。また、切欠5を構成する他の一
面5−bはコイルボビンの外周面に対してほぼ直
角となるように形成されている。 かかるコイルボビンに於けるコイル巻線の端末
処理は次のように行われる。巻線作業が終了した
コイル巻線2を第1図の上方よりL字形切欠5を
構成する面5−aに沿つて先端部を下方に移動さ
せる面5−bにより曲げられ、コイル巻線に緩み
が生ずる事が防止される。そしてコイル巻線の端
末をL字形切欠5内に這わせコイル端子4に巻き
付ける。 第2図a,bに第二の実施例を示す。第2図a
はコイルボビンの斜視図、第2図bはコイルボビ
ンの端末部3の拡大平面図である。本実施例は端
末部3をコイルボビン端1の板面方向に設けたも
のである。 L字形切欠5の形状は、構成する面の挟角が鈍
角であるもの(第3図)、その挟角が鋭角である
もの(第4図)、L字形に近い曲面であるもの
(第5図)であつても同等の機能を果たす事がで
きる。 このように構成されたコイルボビンに於いて
は、巻線作業が終了したコイル巻線2の端末処理
作業は、第1図の上方よりL字形切欠5を構成す
る面5−aに沿つてコイル巻線の先端部を下方に
移動させれば面5−bに掛かり曲げられるので、
精密な位置合わせが不要であり、コイル端末をコ
イル端子に巻き付ける工程迄の間でコイル巻線に
緩みが生ずる事を防止することができる。さら
に、コイル巻線の端末をL字形切欠5内に這わせ
コイル端子4に巻き付けコイル巻線2は外部に露
出しないので、以降の工程および完成品の状態に
おけるコイル巻線の断線が防止される。

置されているものであり、巻線が終了したコイル
の端末をコイル端子に絡げる際、巻線方向とは反
対方向に戻せばコイル巻線はこの面に沿つて移動
し他の面に掛かり曲げられるので、コイルの端末
を精密に位置合わせする必要がなくなり、その結
果、作業性が向上し自動化が容易となつた。 さらに、コイル巻線の端末付近はL字形の溝内
に配置されるので露出することがなく、断線が防
止され製品の品質を格段に向上させるという効果
を有する。
