In this conventional remote monitoring system,
When each of the terminal devices 21 to 23 detects an abnormality in the facility equipment of the corresponding building, the terminal device 21 to 23 issues an abnormality report to the central monitoring device 20 through a common telephone line via the line switch 30. An alarm signal of an abnormal alarm from the terminal devices 21 to 23 is received by the receiving unit 1 of the central monitoring device 20, and after the content of the alarm signal is confirmed, the information of the alarm signal is stored in the alarm storage unit 1.
Accumulated in 4. Then, the information of the alarm signal is read from the alarm storage unit 14, printed by the alarm printing unit 15, and displayed by the alarm display unit 16.

In the above-mentioned conventional remote monitoring system, every time an abnormal alarm is issued from the terminal devices 21 to 23, the printing by the alarm printing unit 15 and the alarm display unit 16 are performed.
Since it was displayed and the countermeasures for the content of the alarm signal were taken, if the abnormal alarm was intensively generated in a short time, the processing in the central monitoring device would not be performed promptly, and the alarm printing unit There is a problem that the printing at 15 and the display at the alarm display unit 16 are delayed. As an example of such an abnormal alarm being intensively generated, for example, there may be a power outage in which the power supply to a specific area is stopped due to a heavy rain, and the abnormal alarm of the regional blackout is intensively issued. is there. When the abnormal alarms for regional blackouts are concentrated in a short time in this way, the central monitoring unit is busy with the processing, and even if a more urgent new abnormal alarm occurs, this new abnormal alarm is generated. It will not be possible to respond promptly to the notification, and the service to customers will decline.

With such a structure, when the central monitoring device receives an abnormal report from the terminal device, the type of the abnormal report is discriminated by the discriminating means, and the preset specific abnormal report is received. When it is determined that the number of the specific abnormality notifications received is counted by the counting means. Then, when the count value of the receiving means exceeds a preset predetermined value, the switching means switches the operation of the display recording means, and only the predetermined content is printed for the specific abnormality notification. For this reason, when another urgent abnormality report occurs, the display recording means displays and records the information of the occurred abnormality promptly without delay.

When the terminal devices 21 to 23 detect an abnormality in the equipment installed in the corresponding building, the terminal devices 21 to 23 issue an abnormality report to the central monitoring device 20 via the telephone line, and in step S1 in FIG. The receiving unit 3 receives the alarm signal of the abnormal alarm.
1 is received, the received alarm signal is input to the power failure determination unit 32, the process proceeds to step S2, and the power failure determination unit 32
It is determined whether the abnormal report is due to a power failure or other abnormal situation. The determination in step S2 is Y
If it is ES, the process proceeds to step S3, and the district code judging unit 33 refers to the district code column 36 of the counting unit 34 to confirm whether or not the district code is registered. When it is confirmed that the district code is registered in step S3, the process proceeds to step S4, and the regional power outage confirmation unit 34 refers to the flag column 38 of the counting unit 35 to check whether the regional power outage has occurred. It is determined that if a flag is set, it is determined that a regional power outage has occurred. If it is determined in step S4 that a regional power outage has occurred, the process proceeds to step S5, the list information is read from the list storage unit 42, and the list printing unit 43 prints only the local power outage occurrence time corresponding to the site name. Steps S2 to S4
If the determination is NO, the information of the alarm signal of the abnormal alarm is read from the alarm accumulating unit 14 as usual, and is printed by the alarm printing unit 15 and displayed by the alarm display unit 16. .. Therefore, the abnormal report based on an abnormal situation other than the power failure, the abnormal report based on the power failure but the area code is not registered, and the abnormal report based on the power failure that is not the regional blackout are printed by the report printing unit 15 as usual. The display by the alarm display unit 16 is performed.

The setting of the regional blackout flag in the embodiment is as follows:
As shown in the flow chart of FIG. 3, when the counting unit 35 receives the abnormal report due to the power failure in step S10, it counts the number of reports due to the power failure for each district code and stores the district code in the district code column 36. The counting result is set in the column 37. Next, the regional power outage determination unit 41 determines the designated value unit 40.
The specified value from the number of times is compared with the value in the number of times column 37, and in step S11, it is determined whether or not the counted value exceeds the specified value. The flag column 8 is set in step S12. Then, in step S13, the counting unit 39 resets the number-of-times column 37 after the lapse of a predetermined time. In this way
When the number of power outages exceeding the specified value of the specified value portion 40 occurs within a predetermined time, it is determined that the power outage is a regional outage.

As described above, in the embodiment, when the regional blackout occurrence confirmation unit 34 confirms the area electrification, the list printing unit 43 responds to the occurrence of the regional blackout in response to the abnormal power failure notification. Only the time is printed. In this way, it is possible to improve the processing speed of the abnormal alarm notification of the occurrence of a regional power outage, and it is possible to quickly perform processing for other more urgent abnormal alarm notifications.

As described above, according to the present invention, when the abnormality notification received by the central monitoring device from the terminal device is a specific abnormality notification set in advance, a specific abnormality in the normal print content is specified. Since the operation of the display recording means is switched so that only the contents are printed, the processing of the specific abnormality notification is efficiently performed, and it is possible to respond promptly to other more urgent abnormality notifications. It enables early recovery of abnormal situations.
