に、ハンドル部材内には金属材からなる芯材を長
さ方向に内装し叩き部材に係着させた構成を有す

芯材が叩き部材に係着され強固な連結部を形成さ
れておるので、肉の硬さ、厚みに応じ所望の叩き
面を選択して使用したり複数個の叩き面を合わせ
て使用することもできる上、軟質の緩衝部を設け
た取付部が弾性的に作用して使用時に衝撃が緩和
され、肉を伸ばすだけで潰さずに叩くことができ
