本考案は、建築物の床部を支持する建築基礎構

水切り板5に誘導されて排出されるように構成さ
れていた。ところが、上記コンクリート布基礎1
は多数の凹凸部を有しているため、このコンクリ
ート布基礎1と水切り板5および木質土台2との
間に隙間が形成されることは避けられず、この隙
間から白蟻が侵入して木質土台2等が白蟻の食害
を受け、また風に吹き上げられた雨水が上記間隙
から内部に侵入して木質土台2を腐朽させるとい

せた状態で、この水切り板と上記防蟻、防湿シー
トとを止着具により一体に木質土台に取付けたも

材8の下端部が上記水切り板5の上面に当接する

隙間が形成されるのを防止することができる。し
たがつて、上記境界部から白蟻が侵入して木質土
台等が食害を受けたり、雨水が侵入して木質部が
腐朽したりすることを効果的に防止することがで
きる。また、上記水切り板を取付けることによつ
て防蟻、防湿シートも同時に取付けることができ
るため、防蟻、防湿シートを簡単かつ強固に取付
