As is well known, tea utensils such as teapots are made up of a body part 1, a spout part 2, a handle part 3, which constitute the main body of the teapot, a hemispherical tea strainer 4 with many small holes, and its lid. The body 5 is individually molded, and this is shown in Fig. 1a.
As shown in the figure, a circular through hole 6 is bored at a predetermined position in the body 1, and the proximal peripheral edge of the spout 2 is placed on one of the inner and outer walls of the through hole 6, and the base end periphery of the spout 2 is placed on the other inner wall side. The peripheral part of the tea infuser 4 is integrally formed by joining the base end peripheral part of the handle part 3 to the front outer wall surface of the body part 1, and this is dried and fired. Therefore, in such a teapot, a partition wall 7 is formed between the proximal end of the spout 2 which is widened into a flap shape and the through hole 6, so that the proximal end of the spout 2 On the other hand, the residual amount of tea water etc. tends to accumulate at the bottom of the
The inner wall surface of the spout 2 is made difficult to clean.
On the other hand, when molding a teapot, the circular hole 6 is made in the body 1 as described above, and the constituent pieces 2 and 3 of the teapot body are joined and integrated to this, and fired. As shown in b, a hemispherical wire mesh 9 having a joint flange 8 is fitted onto the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 6,
Alternatively, a widening spring (not shown) is formed in the flange of the wire mesh, and the elasticity of the spring is used to forcefully engage the through hole, and this is sometimes used for tea strainer use. In this case, although it is possible to install and remove the wire mesh tea strainer and it is easy to clean,
Similarly to the case of the teapot shown in Figure 1a above,
Residues of tea water etc. tend to accumulate at the bottom of the proximal end of the spout 2, making it difficult to clean the inner wall surface of the spout 2.

On the other hand, the inventor of the present invention previously created a plaster mold of the main body of the teapot, consisting of a body divided into upper and lower halves, a spout, and a handle, and poured fluid slurry into the plaster mold, After a period of time, a cast molding base which has lost fluidity is formed on the inner wall surface of the plaster mold, and fluid slurry is drained from the plaster mold. After closing the connecting port with a plaster mold for closing the mouth, a small amount of slurry was poured from the open end of the handle, and then the connecting port was closed with a casting base material. When we proposed a method for integrally molding tea utensils, flower vases, etc. using a slurry casting method, we created a connection spout 10 with a lug shape between the body 1 and the spout 2, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3, as in a teapot. It has now been possible to form these in a very loose and continuous manner in an expanded state.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Reference numeral 11 is an outer frame made of synthetic resin, which has a rectangular shape with an arcuate lower end when viewed from the front, and a curved shape when viewed from the side. It has a shape and is composed of an upper frame portion 11a, left and right side frame portions 11b, and a lower frame bent portion 11c.
12 is a protrusion formed in an arc shape at the lowermost end of the lower frame bending portion 11c; 13 is a protrusion formed forward on both left and right sides of the upper frame portion 11a; 14 is internally fixed to the outer frame 11. Instead of the wire mesh 14, a stainless steel perforated plate (not shown) having a large number of protruding small holes may be used. Reference numeral 15 denotes a bulge formed in the center of the wire mesh 14 to protrude forward, and has a cross-sectional shape such as a semi-arc shape or a hemispherical shape.

To attach the tea strainer S constructed as described above to a teapot as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, insert the tea strainer S through the opening of the body 1 of the teapot body, and connect the body 1 and the spout. 2, and hold the back side of the outer frame 1 diagonally against the connection port 10 with the outer frame 11.
The lower frame curved portion 11c of the outer frame 11 is attached to the body 1 by hooking the thumb and index finger on either one of the projecting pieces 13 formed on the outer frame 1a and the side surface of the bulging portion 15 of the wire mesh 14, respectively.
Twist along the outer periphery of the bottom of the torso 1.
The upper frame portion 11a is attached to the engaging portions 1a and 1b at both the upper and lower ends of the
The upper edge and the protrusion 12 of the lower frame bent portion 11c are engaged with each other, and the lower frame is mounted as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.

In this way, the connection port 10 is formed along the inner wall surface of the body 1.
The inside of the spout 2 can be easily cleaned by moving the tea strainer S, which is engaged and supported so as to stick to the spout 2, to the left and right sides of the connection port 10, thereby opening the connection port 10. Become something. In addition, in order to remove the tea strainer S attached to the connection port 10 in the above-described procedure, it is necessary to connect the protruding piece 13 of the outer frame 11 and the wire mesh 1
When you put your thumb and forefinger on the bulge 15 etc. again and twist the tea infuser S so as to push it down, the lower frame curved part 11c of the outer frame 11 will move along the engaging part 1b of the outer periphery of the lower bottom of the body part 1. will smoothly turn upside down and be removed.

The present invention is a tea strainer that is removably supported in close contact with both upper and lower ends of the inner wall surface of the body at the lug-shaped connecting opening between the body of the teapot and its spout, as described above, and the outer frame of the tea strainer is , in a tea infuser for a teapot, which is formed from an upper frame, left and right side frames, and a lower frame, and the outer frame has a wire mesh having a bulge formed in the center fixed therein; The lower end of the lower frame is curved in an arc shape when viewed from the front, and curved when viewed from the side, and the lowermost end of the lower frame curved portion is slidably engaged with the lower end engaging portion of the body. Since the tea infuser has arc-shaped protrusions protruding from the upper frame, and protrusions are protruding from both left and right sides of the upper frame, it can be easily attached, detached, and moved laterally in the left and right directions. First, if you attach this to a part of the teapot shown in Figures 2 and 3, where the connecting opening between the body and the spout is expanded very gently into a wrapper shape. Not only is it easy to clean the inner wall surface of the spout, but also there is no possibility of tea water remaining at the base end of the spout unlike in conventional teapots.
