Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teapot with a tea strainer, which allows good passage of hot water therethrough, facilitates attachment/detachment of the tea strainer to/from the teapot, is produced at a relatively low cost, and improved in safety at the time of washing the teapot, the tea strainer absorbing dimensional variation of the teapot. <P>SOLUTION: The teapot is formed of a teapot main body (1) and the tea strainer (2). The teapot main body has projections (15) formed on an inner surface (11b) of a trunk portion (11) at locations on both sides of a pouring port (14) and closer to the same. The tea strainer is formed of a flat porous sheet (2b) or a mesh body (2a), and has a lateral width (L<SB>2</SB>) across the projections, which is larger than a projection-to-projection dimension (L<SB>1</SB>). Both side edges (21, 21) of the tea strainer are engaged with the projections (15) and a side wall portion (11a) of the trunk portion, which is arched in a plan view and extends from the projections to the pouring port, to thereby erect the tea strainer. Then the tea strainer in the erected position has its lower edge (221) abutted on a bottom of the teapot main body, and both the side edges (211, 211) abutted on the inner wall of the trunk portion, whereby its upper edge (231) appears on an upper surface opening (O) of the teapot main body. Thus the tea strainer divides a tea containing section (16) of the teapot main body into a main portion (16a) and straining portion (16b) closer to the pouring port. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a teapot and a teapot for teapots to which a tea strainer is detachably attached.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For a teapot of a teapot, a porous tea strainer structure integrally formed with a peripheral wall at the base of a spout or a tubular mesh structure inserted into an opening of the teapot has been used for many years. However, in these tea strainers, the remaining hot water tended to make the leaf tea softer or worsened.
For this reason, the present applicant has already devised a tea strainer having a raised bottom structure in which the tea strainer area is made larger than the inner diameter of the teapot and the volume of the teapot, and which separates the leaf tea from the remaining hot water, and has solved the above-mentioned problems (actually, JP-A-2-148623). Further, a detachable tea strainer for teapots has been provided in which the tea strainer can be detached as necessary to facilitate cleaning or the like (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-187179).
Other detachable teapots have been proposed in which an insertion groove is provided in the inner wall of the teapot body and a tea strainer is fitted into the insertion groove (for example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2).

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the tea pot for teapots disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-187179 is mounted with the inside of the tea ceremony body partitioned off. In addition, the conventional teapot generally has a narrow upper surface opening, making it more difficult to remove and attach the tea strainer.
On the other hand, a teapot having an insertion groove as in Patent Documents 1 and 2 increases the cost of separately manufacturing a mounting rod having an insertion groove and a bank of the groove, and furthermore, a work burden for fixing the same to the inner wall portion of the main body of the teapot. There was a problem with the increase. The mounting rods and the ditches of the trenches also provided resistance to water flow when making tea.
Also, it took time to remove and attach the strainer to the insertion groove. It took a considerable amount of time to fit the strainer into the narrow and vertically long insertion groove. In addition, the teapot is generally made of a gypsum mold, and the dimensions of the teapot vary slightly depending on time, temperature, humidity, etc., and it is difficult for Patent Documents 1 and 2 to absorb the variation in the dimensions. Eventually, it was necessary to prepare various sizes of mounting rods and banks of grooves, or prepare various sizes of tea strainers, and assemble them according to the subtle differences in dimensions of the teapot.
[0005]
The present invention overcomes the above-mentioned problems by improving blanching, facilitating the installation and removal of the tea strainer, easily absorbing the dimensional variation of the teapot, and coping at a relatively low cost. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a teapot and a tea strainer for teapots that improve the safety of the teapot.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the gist of the invention according to claim 1 is that, on both sides of the spout (14), a convex portion (15) protrudes from the inner surface (11b) of the body (11) near the spout. The main body (1) and the flat plate-shaped perforated plate (2b) or the net (2a) are provided, and the width (L 2 ) at the point of the convex portion is determined by the dimension (L 1 ) between both convex portions. The projections (15) and the side walls (11a) of the body extending from the projections to the spout are locked by the side edge portions (21, 21) so as to stand up. And, in this standing state, the lower edge (221) abuts on the bottom surface of the tea ware body, the both side edges (211 and 211) abut on the inner wall of the body, and the upper edge (231) is in the upper opening (O) of the tea ware body. A tea strainer (2) appearing, and a housing part (16) for housing the tea of the tea container main body by the tea strainer and a main part (16a). The teapot is characterized in that the teapot is divided into two parts: a strainer (16b) on the exit side. In the teapot according to the second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the inside diameter of the body (11) having a certain height from the bottom (10) of the tea ware body is equal to or smaller than the inside diameter of the body located below the height. It is characterized by being formed to be larger.
The gist of the invention described in claim 3 is that a flat net-like body (2a) made of a substantially square metal wire mesh is provided along both side edges of the net-like body in a band shape, and a part of the net-like body is provided. A fin (2c) made of synthetic resin or rubber, which is integrated with the side edge portion and the remaining portion extends outward from the side edge portion of the mesh body by a predetermined width, and the fin extends outward. A tea pot for teapots, characterized in that the portion has a tapered cross section.
[0007]
As in the invention of claim 1, both side edge portions (21, 21) of the tea strainer (2) are composed of the convex portion (15) and the arc-shaped side wall portion (11a) of the trunk from the convex portion to the spout. Is locked, the opening for receiving the side wall portion (11a) is wide, so that the tea strainer can be easily attached and detached. Even if the tea strainer tries to fall to the spout side, the width of the side wall for receiving the lateral width of the tea strainer becomes narrower toward the spout side, so that it is difficult for the strainer to fall to the spout side. Since only the protrusion is provided as the locking member for raising the tea strainer, the teapot of the present invention can be manufactured at low cost.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the inner diameter of the body (11) having a certain height from the bottom (10) of the tea ware body is formed to be equal to or larger than the inner diameter of the body located below the height. Then, the resistance of the tea utensil body when pulling up the tea strainer is weak, and the tea strainer can be easily taken out.
When the mesh member (2a) and the fins (2c) made of synthetic resin or rubber are provided as in the tea strainer of claim 3, the fins provide the rigidity of the tea strainer, and the tea strainer has a standing stability by being locked by the convex portion. Increase. Furthermore, if the fin's outward projection has a tapered cross-sectional shape, the size of the container will vary due to the production of teapots as described above, but the size of the tea strainer can be finely adjusted by cutting the fin, Becomes easier to absorb.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the teapot and the tea strainer for teapots of the present invention will be described in detail. 1 to 7 show an embodiment of a teapot and a tea strainer for teapots (hereinafter simply referred to as "tea strainers") according to the present invention. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the tea strainer, FIG. 3 shows a schematic position of a convex portion mounted on a housing portion. 3 is an enlarged view of a portion A in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is a vertical sectional view of a teapot in which the tea strainer of FIG. 1 is mounted in a tea ware main body, FIG. 6, FIG. FIG. 7 is a view taken along line II-II in FIG. 5. 6 and 7 omit the hatching display showing the cross section of the opening introduction portion 13.
8 is a tea strainer of another embodiment different from that of FIG. 1, (a) is a front view and (b) is a side view, and FIG. 9 is another tea strainer of another embodiment, (a) is a front view and (b) is (a). FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a tea strainer of another embodiment.
[0009]
The teapot of the present embodiment includes a tea set body 1, a tea strainer 2, and a lid 3.
The tea container main body 1 has a body 11, a bottom 10, a spout 14, and a handle 19. The cylindrical body 11 and the disc-shaped bottom 10 form a container 16 for a teapot containing a bottomed cylindrical tea, and a funnel-shaped spout 14 is externally fixed in the middle of the front of the body 11. (FIG. 5). Tea leaves and hot water enter the storage part 16 of the teapot container, specifically, into a main part 16a (described later) partitioned into the tea strainer 2 from the upper surface opening O to become tea, and only the tea passes through the tea strainer 2 and is filtered into the strainer 16b. Further, the water is passed through a hot water port 14a formed in the body portion 11, passes through a hot water passage 14b in the spout 14, and is poured into a bowl or the like from the spout 14c. The handle 19 is fixed to the outer surface of the body 11 shifted from the projecting position of the spout 14 by about 90 °.
[0010]
The body 11 is provided with an overhanging portion 13 that slightly extends outward at the upper portion thereof, and then has an opening introduction portion 13 that widens upward. An arcuate inner flange 12a that extends inward is provided at a front portion of the body 11 (FIG. 1). When the teapot is tilted and tea is poured into a bowl or the like, the inner collar 12a is blocked to some extent even if it is tilted too much so that tea does not spill out of the opening O.
[0011]
Then, on both sides of the spout 14, protruding portions 15 are formed on the inner surface 11 b of the body 11 near the spout 14. For example, the convex portion 15 is formed by fixing the small projection chip as shown in FIG. 1 to the body inner surface 11b by post-processing. As shown in FIG. 6, the convex portion 15 is fixed to the inner surface 11b of the body portion at an equal distance from the hot water outlet 14a in the left-right direction as shown in FIG. A plurality 15a, 15b (here, two) are provided at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction (FIG. 5). Instead of the chip, the protrusion 15 may be formed by a rod-shaped body. In such a case, one convex portion 15 is provided at a right and left equidistant distance from the hot water outlet 14a in plan view.
[0012]
The tea container main body 1 of the present embodiment is formed such that the inside diameter of the body 11 at a certain height from the bottom 10 is equal to or larger than the inside diameter of the body 11 located below the height. Here, as shown in FIG. 5, the inner diameter d 2 of the overhang portion root point 111 of the torso 11 is made larger than the inner diameter d 1 of the bottom 10, and the torso 11 extends from the outer periphery 101 of the bottom toward the upper surface opening O. The inside diameter is gradually increasing. With this configuration, the tea strainer 2 erected in the body 11 can be easily pulled up. Conventionally, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H8-187179, the tea utensil main body 1 has a vertical cross section that has an arc-shaped bulge from the bottom toward the center of the body, and then narrows again toward the upper opening. It improves that it is difficult to take out the tea strainer 2 because the belt has a straight arc shape.
[0013]
The tea strainer 2 has a plate-like, substantially square-shaped net-like body 2a, and is disposed at the height points of the two convex portions 15a, 15a (or 15b, 15b) at the same distance from the hot water spout 14a in the left-right direction in plan view. than the dimension L 1 between the convex portion 15 is obtained by increasing the tea strainer lateral width L 2 (FIG. 7). The tea strainer 2 stands up when the both side edge portions 21 and 21 are locked by the convex portion 15 and the side wall portion 11a of the body portion 11 from the convex portion 15 to the spout 14 in an arc shape in plan view. In the standing state, the lower edge 221 of the tea strainer 2 abuts against the bottom surface of the tea ware main body 1, and both side edges 211, 211 abut the body inner wall 11 a 1 of the side edge portion 11 a. Then, the tea strainer upper edge 231 appears at the upper surface opening O of the tea container main body 1 from which the lid 3 has been removed. Since the upper edge 231 of the tea strainer 2 appears in the upper surface opening O, the tea strainer 2 can be easily removed from the tea set main body 1 by picking it up and pulling it upward.
[0014]
In tea main assembly 1 is engaged with the protrusion 15 and the side wall portions 11a tea strainer 2 is erected, tea strainer lower edge 221 side edges 211 of the strainer 2 abuts against the bottom portion 10 abuts against the barrel inner wall 11a 1 that Thereby, the accommodating portion 16 for accommodating the tea of the tea container main body 1 is divided into a main portion 16a and a straining portion 16b. The accommodating portion 16 is divided into a main portion 16a into which tea leaves enter, and a spout-side strainer portion 16b through which tea leaves are blocked by the tea strainer 2 and only tea passes. Here, the volume ratio of the straining portion 16b to the main portion 16a is preferably in the range of 1/5 to 2/3. If it is less than 1/5, the tea strainer 2 is too close to the hot water outlet 14a side, and the straining area of the tea strainer 2 forming the strainer 16b is reduced. As a result, when the tea is poured into the bowl, the tea leaves cover the reticulated body 2a and the flow of the tea to the spout 14 is deteriorated. On the other hand, if it is larger than 2/3, it becomes difficult to put tea leaves into the main portion 16a in the tea container main body 1. In addition, the arc curve that plays a role of locking at the side wall portion 11a from the convex portion 15 to the spout 14 becomes too gentle with respect to the convex portion locking surface 151 of the strainer 2, making it difficult to erect the strainer 2. (FIG. 6).
[0015]
The tea strainer 2 can be composed of a net 2a made of only a wire net as shown in FIG. 8, but a flat net 2a made of a substantially square metal net and a band-shaped net 2a formed on both sides of the net 2a. along been formed, a portion 2c 1 is covered integrally on the side edge portions of the net-like member 2a, the remainder 2c 2 is synthetic resin or rubber fin 2c out by Zhang predetermined width outward from the side edge portions of the mesh body Is more preferable. This is because the fin 2c, which is stiffer and more excellent in shape retention than the wire mesh, is locked to the convex portion 15, so that the tea strainer 2 is stably erected between the convex portion 15 and the side wall portion 11a of the tea container main body 1. At the same time, since both sides of the wire mesh that are easily injured when handling the wire mesh are covered with the synthetic resin or rubber fins 2c, injury can be prevented. The fins 2c may be provided only on both sides of the wire mesh as shown in FIG. 9, but the fins 2c here surround the entire outer peripheral edge of the substantially square metal wire mesh as shown in FIGS. The fins 2c form a frame and are more excellent in shape retention and robustness, and completely prevent injuries at the edges of the wire mesh. Further, the fin 2c has at least the remaining portion 2c 2 of the overhanging portion tapered toward the tip. The tea ware main body 1 is made by potter's wheel and mold forming. For example, when the tea ware main body 1 is made by molding, the dimensions of the tea ware main body 1 are slightly different depending on the temperature and humidity at the time of manufacture, the molding cycle and the like. Even if the inside diameter of the body 11 becomes large, it is possible to cope with a slight difference in the inside diameter of the body by providing the fin 2c with a cutting allowance in advance. Further, even when the inner diameter of the body portion 11 is manufactured to be small, the fin 2c can be easily adjusted by the cutting process by forming the fin 2c with a tapered cross section. The unnecessary portion of the outer periphery of the tea strainer 2 can be appropriately cut (for example, an arrow in FIG. 4), and can be easily installed in the tea container main body 1. The yield is improved and it is easy to commercialize. When the fin 2c is cut, the cut surfaces 21a and 23a appear on the side edge portions 21 and the upper edge portion 23, but this does not hinder the function as a teapot.
Further, since the fin 2c having a tapered cross section is formed of a synthetic resin such as silicon rubber or rubber, it has moderate flexibility and elasticity. If the fin 2c at the lower end portion 22 of the tea strainer 2 is slightly bent by slightly pressing the tea strainer 2 (FIG. 5), the fin 2c is in close contact with the bottom portion 10 and the partition between the main portion 16a and the strainer portion 16b is ensured. I do.
[0016]
The tea strainer 2 is formed into a shape as shown in FIG. 2 in which the center of the upper edge is gently swelled upward in conformity with the recess on the back surface of the lid 3 while having a substantially square net-like body 2a. This is because, even when the teapot is tilted too much, the tea leaves are hard to penetrate the strainer 2 and enter the strainer 16b.
[0017]
8 and 9 show a tea strainer 2 of another embodiment. In the case where the tea strainer 2 is a net 2a made of only a wire mesh as shown in FIG. 8 or the upper edge portion 23 is formed of a wire mesh as shown in FIG. 9, the tea strainer 2 is wound around the wire mesh upper edge portion 23 so as not to be injured by the wire mesh upper edge line. Form. The tea strainer 2 can also be formed of a plate-like porous plate 2b made of ceramic as shown in FIG. Perforated plate 2b is slightly smaller lower dimension d 3 from the bottom inner diameter d 1, slightly smaller upper side dimension d 4 is from the barrel inner diameter d 2. Reference numeral 25 indicates a through hole for tea strainer.
[0018]
The lid 3 is a disk having an outer periphery that can be placed on the overhanging portion 12 and that can be covered from the opening introduction portion 13 to the upper surface opening O of the tea ware main body 1. A knob 32 is provided at the center of the upper surface of the lid 3, and a ventilation hole 33 is formed in the lid main body 31.
[0019]
Next, one method of using the teapot having the above configuration will be described. First, the tea strainer 2 is elastically deformed so as to be bent inward as indicated by the black arrow in FIG. 1, and the tea strainer 2 is inserted from the convex portion 15 into the accommodating portion 16 on the side of the hot water outlet 14 a (a chain line in FIG. 6). Release the hand when the edge portion 22 contacts the bottom 10. The tea strainer 2 is made up of the components of the net 2a and the fin 2c and has elasticity. Accordingly, the tea strainer 2 returns to a flat plate shape by the elastic restoring force, and the both side edge portions 21 and 21 of the tea strainer 2 are locked by the convex portion 15, and the convex portion 15 and the body portion 11 reaching the spout 14 from above in a plan view. It is sandwiched between the arc-shaped side wall portions 11a and is held upright. Thereafter, if a little make that tea strainer 2 downward, the lower edge 221 of the strainer 2 is side edges 211 and 211 in contact with the bottom portion 10 abuts against the barrel inner wall 11a 1, the main tea strainer 2 partitions the accommodating portion 16 A desired teapot divided into the portion 16a and the strainer 16b is completed.
[0020]
In the case of putting tea, after the tea leaves are put into the main part 16a, hot water is poured into the storage part 16 (the main part 16a or the straining part 16b may be used). Tea can be made after a predetermined time. If the teapot is tilted, the tea passes from the main part 16a and the strainer 16b, passes through the hot water outlet 14a and the hot water path 14b, and is poured into the teacup from the spout 14c. The tea leaves are blocked by the tea strainer 2 and stay in the main part 16a.
When the tea strainer 2 becomes dirty and it is desired to wash it, the upper edge of the tea strainer 2 is picked up by hand and lifted. Then, since the inside diameter of the body 11 of the teapot increases from the bottom outer periphery 101 toward the upper surface opening O, the tea strainer 2 can be easily taken out. Even when the tea strainer 2 is tightly mounted, the locking side composed of the side wall portion 11a having an arc shape in plan view locks the tea strainer with the side wall portion 11a that narrows in an arc shape. By slightly pressing the tea strainer 2 from the 16a side toward the spout 14 side, the tea strainer 2 bends away from the locking portion and can be easily taken out.
[0021]
The teapot and the tea strainer 2 configured as described above can use the arc-shaped side wall portion 11a of the tea utensil main body 1 from the convex portion 15 to the spout 14 as one locking member for erecting the tea strainer 2, Since it is only necessary to provide the projection 15 on the inner surface 11b of the body by post-processing, it can be manufactured at a lower cost than a conventional product. The work load is small because only the convex portion of the small projection is used. The arcuate side wall portion 11a of the body 11 can hold the tea strainer 2 upright with a certain degree of flexibility in the width of the strainer, even though the strainer 2 is locked. Since the tea strainer 2 has flexibility in standing and holding, the housing portion 16 of the tea utensil main body does not require strict dimensional accuracy, which is useful for improving productivity. Then, the tea strainer 2 divides the accommodating portion 16 into the main portion 16a and the straining portion 16b, so that a teapot with good blanching can be obtained. With respect to the blanching, only the locking projections 15 that partially protrude from the inner surface 11b of the body (FIG. 2) inhibit the blanching, and the mounting rods and the banks for the insertion grooves block the flow and reduce the flow resistance. There is no defect such as that seen in conventional products. Washing of the inside of the tea ware body 1 is also easy.
The tea strainer 2 can be attached to the tea set main body 1 by using an elastic tea strainer 2 and inserting the tea strainer 2 by bending both sides as shown by arrows in FIG. Inserting and setting the tea strainer 2 in the conventional insertion groove has been extremely troublesome and difficult for the elderly, but the present invention can easily set it.
When the tea strainer 2 becomes dirty due to the use of the teapot, the upper edge 231 of the tea strainer 2 appears in the upper surface opening O, so that the tea strainer 2 can be picked out by hand and taken out. The teapot is formed such that the inside diameter of the body 11 at a certain height from the bottom 10 of the tea ware main body 1 is equal to or larger than the inside diameter of the body 11 located below the height. Pull up to easily exit. Even when the tea strainer 2 is in close contact with the inner surface 11b of the body, it is difficult to pull it out.
[0022]
Further, the tea strainer 2 is a reticulated body 2a made of a substantially square metal wire mesh, and a band formed along both side edges of the reticulated body 2a, a part of which is covered and integrated with a side edge portion of the reticulated body 2a, and And a fin 2c projecting outward from the side edge portion of the mesh body 2a by a predetermined width, and the fin 2c is locked to the convex portion 15 while maintaining a square shape retention property. It becomes possible to stand more stably. If overhang 2c 2 fins 2c is made of a synthetic resin or rubber is a cross-sectional tapered shape, unlike wire mesh or the like, can be easily cut tip portions of the fins 2c. The length can be adjusted by this cut, and the dimensional error of the tea ware main body 1 can be absorbed. In addition, if the fin 2c covers the periphery of the wire mesh of the mesh body 2a, it helps to prevent injury.
In the case of a tea strainer 2 made of a perforated plate 2b made of a ceramic as shown in FIG. 10, the tea strainer 2 made of the components of the reticulated body 2a and the fin 2c is used to make use of the inward bending and elasticity. The tea strainer 2 cannot be installed inside the teapot. However, if the shape of the tea strainer 2 is made equal to or slightly smaller than that of FIGS. 1 to 6 or FIGS. Not only the teapot but also the tea strainer 2 is made of porcelain, making it sanitary. The number of times of clogging cleaning seen in the tea strainer 2 using the metal wire mesh is also reduced.
[0023]
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, but can be variously modified within the scope of the present invention depending on the purpose and application. The shape, size, number, material and the like of the tea ceremony body 1, the tea strainer 2, the lid 3 and the like can be appropriately selected according to the application.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the teapot and the tea strainer for teapots of the present invention exhibit excellent effects such as low cost, easy installation and removal of the tea strainer, easy absorption of dimensional variations of the teapot, and good blanching. I do.
