Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 上面に光半導体素子を搭載し且つ底面が曲率
を有する第１のホルダと、上面が前記第１のホル
ダの底面と同一の曲率を有し且つその曲率の中心
が前記第１のホルダの底面の曲率の中心とほぼ一
致する第２のホルダとを具備し、前記第１及び第
２のホルダが各々の曲率面において接して成るこ
とを特徴とする光半導体素子のマウント構造。 ２ 前記第１のホルダの底面が凸曲面をなし且つ
前記第２のホルダの上面が凹曲面をなしているこ
とを特徴とする請求項１記載の光半導体素子のマ
ウント構造。 ３ 前記第１のホルダの底面が凹曲面をなし且つ
前記第２のホルダの上面が凸曲面をなしているこ
とを特徴とする請求項１記載の光半導体素子のマ
ウント構造。 ４ 前記第１のホルダの位置調整により前記光半
導体素子と光軸を前記曲率の法線に沿つた上下方
向に高さ調整するごとく構成したことを特徴とす
る請求項１または２または３記載の光半導体素子
のマウント構造。 ５ 前記第１のホルダの位置調整により前記光半
導体素子の光軸を前記曲率の接線方向に仰角調整
するごとく構成したことを特徴とする請求項１ま
たは２または３記載の光半導体素子のマウント構
造。
