Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the visibility of a display by providing an outside seal which has a 1st fiber which is provided outside a color filter formed up to the outside of an effective display area and an inside seal which has a 2nd fiber which is provided on the color filter and has a smaller diameter than the 1st fiber. CONSTITUTION:This element is provided with the color filter 9 which is formed up to outside the effective display area, the outside seal 11 which is provided outside the color filter 9 and has the 1st fiber, and the inside seal 12 which is provided on the color filter 9 and has the 2nd fiber having the smaller diameter than the 1st fiber.
