溶着線、８，９，１０は大、中、小空隙部、１１
はバツグ状エアーフイルタ用濾材、１２は接合溶
着線、１３はバツグ状エアーフイルタ用濾材ユニ
ツトである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 合成繊維不織布より成る方形状濾紙を２等分に
    折曲して、２つの折曲片と折曲端縁を設け、且つ
    該各折曲片の各上、下端縁を、超音波ミシンある
    いは高周波ミシンにより溶着固定して端部溶着線
    を設けて、前面に開口部を有する袋部を形成する
    一方、該袋部の各折曲片を上下方向水平に等分割
    する位置において、前記折曲端縁から開口部端縁
    よりやや手前位置まで、前記超音波ミシンあるい
    は高周波ミシンにより溶着固定して、複数本の長
    、短尺溶着線を交互に設けて、前記開口部側より
    折曲端縁へ向けて、夫々大、中、小空隙部を連設
    してバツグ状エアーフイルタ用濾材を形成し、更
    に互いに相燐れるバツグ状エアーフイルタ用濾材
    の各開口部の一側端部を、超音波ミシンあるいは
    高周波ミシンにより溶接固定して接合溶着線を設
    けて、複数枚のバツク状エアーフイルタ用濾材を
    連設固定して成るバツグ状エアーフイルタ用濾材
    ユニツト。
