て、前記小型船舶の船体に取り付けられているフ
レームと、該フレームに回転可能に支持されかつ
前記船体の長手方向に直交する水平方向に伸びる
軸部およびそれぞれの一端が対応する前記軸部の
端に一体的に連らなる1対の腕部を有するクラン
クと、それぞれが対応する前記クランクの腕部に
前記クランクの軸部と平行な軸線の周りに回転可
能に取り付けられている1対のペダルと、前記フ
レームに取り付けられ、前記ペダルの鉛直方向の
上方にかつ該ペダルの一方と他方との間に位置す
るサドルと、前記フレームに回転可能に支持され
かつ前記船体の船尾部と前記クランクとの間に位
置し、前記クランクの軸部に平行に伸びる中間軸
と、前記クランクの軸部の回転を前記中間軸に伝
達する伝達手段と、前記船体内から前記中間軸に
