Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate insertion work to put a leg of a winding iron core into a window of a winding by positioning both sides-joint ends of a yoke whose winding iron core is open to the outside of a paired joint stopper plate, and moving relatively a winding fitting jig and a winding iron core with the windings. CONSTITUTION:An attempt is made to use a winding fitting jig 4 provided with two sliding plates 401 and 402, which are placed in parallel and connected with each other at one end, and a pair of joint stopper plates 404 and 405 of which two adjacent sides are fixed. Sliding plates 401 and 402 are inserted into each window of two windings 10 and 11 where a pair of legs 1c and 1d of a winding iron core 1 are placed on the sliding plates 401 and 402 so that the joint stopper plates 404 and 405 may face the inner sides of the ends 1c and 1d. Both joint ends Ja1 and Ja2 of the yoke 1b are positioned to the outside of the joint stopper plates 404 and 405 by separating the yokes 1a and 1b of the winding iron core 1 and moving the winding iron core 1. The winding fitting jig 4 is adapted to move with the winding iron core where the ends 1c and 1d of the iron core 1 are inserted into the window of the windings 10 and 11 so as to remove winding fitting jig 4 and join the joint section J of the winding iron core 1 once again.

Amorphous magnetic alloy ribbons (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as ribbons) are extremely thin and difficult to handle, so when using them to construct the core of a transformer, A method of forming a unit laminate by combining a plurality of thin ribbons (±several to several dozen) and forming a wound core using a plurality of the unit laminates has been studied.

In the above method, a laminate block formed by laminating a plurality of unit laminates is rolled up, both ends of each unit laminate are shifted in a step-like manner, overlapped and bonded, and a plurality of these laminate blocks are further laminated. This constitutes an iron core with a predetermined thickness.

The core, which is laminated to a predetermined thickness, is shaped into a rectangular shape by positioning the overlapping joint in one yoke, and then the magnetic properties that have deteriorated due to the strain applied during the core manufacturing process are restored. Magnetic field annealing is performed to achieve this.

After manufacturing the wound core in this manner, the winding wire is attached to the legs. When using a wound core made of silicon steel strip, the wound core formed into a rectangular shape is divided into each laminate block, each laminate block is inserted into the window of the winding, and both ends are overlapped. The windings were attached to the core by joining them together, but with a wound core made of amorphous magnetic alloy ribbon, each laminate block was weak and it was impossible to handle each laminate block individually. Have difficulty. In addition, if a method is adopted in which the wound core made of amorphous magnetic alloy thin strips is disassembled into laminated blocks and inserted into the winding window, misalignment occurs between the thin strips that make up each laminated block. Therefore, it is difficult to restore the joint to its original shape, and deformation distortion occurs at the rejoint part, which increases iron loss. I can't do anything anymore. Further, since the amorphous magnetic alloy ribbon after magnetic field annealing is very brittle and easily breaks, there is a risk that fragments of the ribbon may be generated during the process of attaching the winding. If a transformer is assembled with ribbon fragments still attached to the windings, the ribbon fragments will float in the insulating oil filled in the transformer case, causing the transformer to become insulated. will be threatened.

Therefore, when using a wound core made of amorphous magnetic alloy ribbon, after magnetic field annealing, three straight parts (the joints are removed) excluding the yoke where the joints of the rectangular wound core are provided. Cover the yoke (without the yoke and the left and right legs) with insulators to prevent core fragments from leaking, then open the yoke with the joint on both sides at the joint, and then A method is used to attach the winding to the leg of the iron core by inserting the joining end of the iron part into the window of the winding.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] When attaching a winding to a wound core made of an amorphous magnetic alloy ribbon, the work is carried out with the wound core and the winding placed on a workbench. . However, when working with the wound core and windings placed on a horizontal workbench, when the joint is opened, the weak ribbons fall over, causing the joint to lose its shape and become separated. Because the yoke bulges out near the corners, when you try to insert the joint end of the separated yoke into the window of the winding, the ribbon gets caught on the inner surface of the window of the winding, or breaks. The wire installation work could not be carried out smoothly.

In this case, if the cross-sectional area of the window of the coil is made large, the joint end of the iron core can be inserted into the window of the winding relatively easily, but if the window of the winding is made large, the conductor of the winding The amount increases and is uneconomical.

In the method of the present invention, the work can also be carried out with the winding mounting jig facing the opposite side. In this case, the two windings are arranged side by side, the two sliding plates of the winding mounting jig are inserted into the windows of both windings, and the two sliding plates are placed on the other end of both sliding plates. The process of arranging the windings of the rectangular wound iron core, and inserting a pair of joint holding plates into the window part of the rectangular wound iron core with one yoke part of the rectangular wound iron core facing the other end of the sliding plate. a step of placing the pair of legs of the wound core on the two sliding plates in such a state that the pair of core press plates face opposing inner surfaces of the pair of legs of the wound core; , a step of opening the joint of one yoke of the winding core to separate the one yoke, and a process of opening the joint of one yoke of the winding core relative to the winding installation jig along the longitudinal direction of the sliding plate. A step of positioning the joint ends on both sides of the separated yoke by moving the yoke to the outside of a pair of joint holding plates, and attaching a winding mounting jig to the two windings together with the winding core. a step of inserting a pair of legs of the wound core into the windows of the two windings by moving the core relatively to the wound core; and a step of inserting a winding installation jig into the two windings and the wound core. and a step of separating the winding wire mounting jig from the winding wire and the winding core by relatively moving the winding core, and a step of rejoining the joint portion of the winding core.

[Function] Using the winding installation jig as described above, when the joint ends on both sides of the open yoke of the winding core are positioned outside of the pair of joint holding plates, the winding core Each joint end can be restrained by a joint pressing plate to prevent each joint end from falling inward, and can be held in a position where it does not interfere with the inner surface of the window of the winding. Therefore, in this state, if you move the winding installation jig and the wound core relative to the winding and insert both legs of the wound core into the window of the winding, the legs of the wound core will be inserted into the window of the winding. The work of inserting the winding wire into the window can be easily performed.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, by locating the joint ends on both sides of the open yoke portion of the wound core on the outside of a pair of joint holding plates, each joint end It prevents the wire from falling inward and holds each joint end in a position where it does not interfere with the inner surface of the winding.
In this state, both legs of the winding core were inserted into the window of the winding by moving the winding installation jig and the winding core relative to the winding. There is an advantage that the work of inserting the wire into the window of the winding can be easily performed.

In particular, in the invention described in claim 3, with the guide strip inserted between both joint ends of the winding core and the joint holding plate, the winding core is moved relative to the jig together with the guide strip. By doing this, the joint end of the wound core is positioned outside the joint presser plate, so it is possible to prevent the joint end of the winding core from being damaged.

According to the invention described in claim 4, a belt is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the wound core, and both ends of the belt are inserted into the windows of the two windings, and then the joint ends of the wound core are connected. Since the step of inserting into the window of the winding is performed, the work of inserting both legs of the wound core into the window of the winding can be performed more smoothly.
