Abstract

PURPOSE:To miniaturize a container for a voltage vibrator by turning a seam welding electrode while abutting the seam welding electrode on a can on a base side face and energizing the electrode so as to seal the surrounding of the can. Roller shaped seam welding electrodes 4, 5 are abutted around the ridge of the can on the side face of the base and the package is welded by turning the roller while energizing the electrodes.
