- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 自動車後部上面に取付けられるリアスポイ
ラにおいて、中空のアルミニウム合金押出形材よ
りなる断面流線形の翼部と、この翼部を支持・固
定する脚部とから成る自動車用リアスポイラ。 (2) 上記脚部が樹脂成形品である請求項１記載
の自動車用リアスポイラ。 (3) 上記脚部がリンク機構を具備した金属成形
品である請求項１記載の自動車用リアスポイラ。
