Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow the location of a destination to be recognized by displaying the location of the destination at the arrival of a call in the ISDN terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A call control message through a D-channel is inputted to a central processing unit 19 via a line I/F circuit 12 from a network at the arrival of an incoming call. The central processing unit 19 sends a replay to a call control message to the network and extracts a dial number 20a among received call control messages, converts the code of the dial number 20 into a number and outputs it to a display device 6 and recognizes a code representing a toll station number from the dial number 20. The toll station number code is used to retrieve a district name storage section 21 to extract a district name corresponding to the received toll station number and it is displayed on the display device 6. Thus, the operation convenience is enhanced.
