液体の有する熱容量および潜熱を有効利用して該
抵抗体の過度な温度上昇を防止することを特徴と
する超電導コイル用保護抵抗器。 (2) 超電導コイル及び永久電流スイツチで構成
されている回路と並列に接続されて、該超電導コ
イルまたは該永久電流スイツチの異常時に、該超
電導コイルの有するエネルギーを吸収することに
より、該超電導コイルまたは該永久電流スイツチ
を焼損事故等から保護するための保護抵抗器にお
いて、抵抗体内部に冷却用液体を充填し、該保護
抵抗器の抵抗体の発熱時に、冷却用液体の有する
熱容量および潜熱を有効利用して該抵抗体の過度
な温度上昇を防止することを特徴とする超電導コ
