Abstract

PURPOSE:To retain the shape of a separated unset flask without letting said crosshead fall at the time of moving a blow molding die out of a molding machine after the end of closing by providing a parison-retaining part at the top of a divided die. CONSTITUTION:Open divided dies 10a, 10b are opened and a parison 13 is extruded from a molding machine head H and positioned between the divided dies 10a and 10b. The divided dies 10a and 10b are closed with the parison 13 held between. Simultaneously with said closing, a parison-retaining part 20 comes in contact with the periphery of a flask 14, in which state air is blown into the parison 13 which is then stuck to the wall surfaces of the divided dies 10a and 10b of a cavity 1 and molded into a hollow body. The flask 14 is separated from the molding machine head H in the upper part of the parison- retaining part 20. The flask 14 is retained in a raised state by the parison- retaining part 20. A blow molding die 10 is moved, as it is in the closed state, out of a molding machine and cooled for a given period of time. After cooling, a fetching machine 30 holds blow molded body F, opens the divided dies 10a, 10b and takes out the blow molded body F.

This blow molding method is carried out using a molding machine (
A pair of split molds 1a and 1b fixed with bolts or the like to a mold clamping plate 2 (not shown) are placed in an open state in which they are separated from each other, and a parison (cylindrical molten resin) 4 is opened from the molding machine head 3.
After extruding and disposing between the split molds 1a and lb (see FIG. 12(a)), the split molds 1a and lb are closed to form a space in a clamped state for molding. Air is blown into the parison 4 while being sandwiched between the split metal molds fila and lb, and the parison 4 is brought into close contact with the split molds 1a and lb in the space, and the split metal molds 1a and 1b are tightly attached to each other.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, when molding is performed using a plurality of molds 1 in a molding machine with two tables, the mold 1 after mold clamping is moved outside the molding machine and the next mold is moved. However, if the molding machine head 3 is also separated and the mold 1 is moved before the upper burr 5a held by the take-out machine 6 is solidified, the unsolidified upper burr 5a will have a different shape. There was a problem that the hollow molded body 5 could not be taken out because it could not be held and fell down and could not be held between the arms 8, 8.

After the parison (cylindrical molten resin) 13 extruded from the molding machine head H is positioned between the split molds 10a and 10b (see FIG. 2(a)), the split molds 10a and 1
The parison 13 is sandwiched from both sides by closing the mold 0b. In this state, air is blown into the inside of the parison 13,
By cooling the parison 13 in close contact with the split molds 10a and 10b, a hollow molded body F along the peripheral wall of the cavity 11 is formed. At this time, since the parison 13 located above and below the cavity 11 is pressed by the contact surfaces of the split molds 10a and 10b, the boundary portion with the hollow mold 10 is sandwiched in a flat shape, and the hollow An upper burr 14 connected to the molding machine head H is formed above the molding die 10, and a lower burr 15 is formed below the hollow molding die IO (Fig. 2(b)).

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 2(b), the parison 13 is sandwiched and the split metals TJI 10a, 10b are tightened to create a mold-clamped state. At this time, the upper burr 14 on the upper part of the hollow mold Wxo has the shape-retaining force to form a cylindrical body, but is in a displaceable state, and because it is connected to the molding machine head H, it maintains the shape when the mold is clamped. Maintains a certain standing position. Also,
Simultaneously with the mold clamping, the parison holding portion 2o comes into contact with the periphery of the upper burr 14.

[Effects of the Invention] The hollow molding die according to the present invention: A parison extruded from a molding machine head is clamped and molded between a pair of split molds, thereby forming a hollow molded body between the split molds. In addition, in a hollow molding die which forms an upper part between the split molds, which is integral with the hollow molded body and which is held by a holding member of a take-out machine, when the pair of split molds is clamped, the upper part is By abutting around the periphery of the molding machine head, the upper pad is held in an upright state even after it is separated from the molding machine head, and the upper pad held in the upright state is held between the clamping members. The present invention is characterized in that a parison holder is provided on the upper part of the divided mold to enable the divided mold to be opened.

Therefore, when the hollow molding die is moved out of the molding machine after mold clamping is completed, the shape of the unsolidified upper part, which is separated from the molding machine head, can be maintained without falling over. After the molded body is moved to a position away from the molding machine head, the molded body can be automatically taken out from the hollow molding die, and molding can be performed using a plurality of hollow molding molds with a single molding machine.
