電磁誘導により渦電流を発生させる変位センサー
において、外周にリング状溝を有する円筒状のセ
ラミツクス製ボビンと、上記溝内にセラミツクス
被覆の金属線が巻装されて形成された測定コイル
と、上記溝内の測定コイル外側に塗布され線膨張
率が上記セラミツクスとほぼ同等の無機系接着剤
とを具えたことを特徴とする渦電流型変位センサ
