円筒状ボビンが測定対象物に対向配置され同測定
対象物に電磁誘導により渦電流を発生させるセン
サー部と、上記センサー部の測定コイル両端をブ
リツジ回路の一辺に接続し上記センサー部と上記
測定対象物との距離に応じ上記渦電流による同セ
ンサー部のインピーダンス変化を電圧変化として
取出す信号処理部とからなる渦電流型変位計にお
いて、上記センサー部のボビンのリング溝に巻装
された測定コイルの外径D1とボビンの外径D2
との比D2/D1を1.5以上とし、かつ上記測
定コイル外側のリング溝空隙にコイル固着用接着
