第１図は本考案渦電流型変位計の一実施例にお
ける０点較正要領を説明するもので、同図Ａは本
変位計の測定対象物への設置状態の模式図、同図
Ｂは出力電圧の波形図、同図Ｃは０点補正要領を
示す検定曲線の線図である。第２図は公知の渦電
流型変位計の模式図、第３図は従来のセンサー部
の縦断面図、第４図は同上の等価回路図、第５図
は従来の信号処理部の回路図、第６図は従来の距
離特性の線図、第７図は従来の温度補償ブリツジ
の回路図である。 １０……センサー部、１５……リード線、２０
……信号処理部、３０……測定対象物、３１……
可動部、３２……固定部。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定対象物に対向配置され同測定対象物に電磁
    誘導により渦電流を発生させるセンサー部と、上
    記センサー部と上記測定対象物との距離に応じ渦
    電流によるセンサー部のインピーダンス変化を電
    圧変化として取出す信号処理部とからなる渦電流
    型変位計において、上記センサー部と上記測定対
    象物との距離が一定値以上離れ出力電圧が変化し
    ない飽和領域における出力変化により変位計０点
    を較正することを特徴とする渦電流型変位計。
