が不要になり、この離型剤塗布作業の自動化が可能にな
ると共に、マスキングテープの剥離や位置ずれかないた
め、作業の信顛性が向上する。また、この発明では、グ
リーンタイヤを固定して離型剤の噴射ノズルを回転する
ので、グリーンタイヤの表面を汚したり、損傷したりす
ることがない。

、上記のリング状テーブルの内側に駆動により回転する
垂直回転軸を設け、この垂直回転軸に離型剤を扇形に噴
射することが可能な噴射ノズルを半径方向に向けて固定
し、上記垂直回転軸の上方に上記グリーンタイヤの上側
ビード部を保持するための上側チャックを設けたことを
特徴とするグリーンタイヤ内面の離型剤塗布装置。
