A water leak is detected by attaching it to a facility in an appropriate manner and applying a potential difference to the electrode part consisting of both electrode bodies, and when water leaks to the electrode part, an electric circuit is formed and the flowing current is detected. However, with this method, when the area to be detected is large, installation is labor-intensive and expensive; conversely, when the area is narrow, installation is difficult; The disadvantage is that it is difficult to

In Japanese Patent No. 2718, an electrode band is proposed in place of the above-mentioned electrode portion. It consists of two stranded stainless steel wires embedded in a transparent flexible synthetic resin strip in parallel and separated, and two electrodes with sharp legs formed by punching and bending, placed at a small distance. , the leg parts are inserted into the band-like body so as to be connected to different stranded wires, and the ends are attached by bending and crimping along the band-like body, and the plural sets are placed at a considerable distance. This is an electrode band for water leakage detection and alarm installed in the same way.

It is very inconvenient to use because it takes time and effort to find out which one of the electrode pairs has detected something. Furthermore, the current carrying capacity is reduced due to dirt on the exposed electrodes, and maintenance is difficult because it is troublesome to remove them to remove them. Furthermore, since it is difficult to attach the device in complete contact with the floor, it has the disadvantage that it is impossible to detect dew formed by condensation on the floor.

て上記問題点を解決することを目的としている。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention was made by focusing on such conventional problems, and uses a special type of water leak detection sensor (hereinafter simply referred to as a sensor) for detecting water leaks, etc. By using a water leakage sensor, it is extremely easy to attach it to a place where water leaks are to be detected, regardless of its size, and it is also very easy to find the detected water leakage point, making it convenient for use. The purpose of this invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems by dramatically improving its performance, such as making it possible to perform maintenance easily and reliably since it is simple, and also being able to detect dew formed by condensation on the floor.

If this is done, when water leaks, the adjacent electrode plates will come in contact with the water and form an electric circuit, causing a current to flow and detecting the current to detect a water leak.

易なので保守管理を確実に行なうことができる。 Since the electrode plates are arranged with appropriate gaps and are connected so that adjacent ones have different polarities, it is possible to prevent water leakage due to condensation on the floor or small amount of water in a narrow area or unevenly spaced areas. The electrode board is flexible, so it makes good contact with the floor, so it can be detected reliably even when there is a small amount of water leaking, such as from dew condensation on the floor. Detect water leaks. In addition, since the electrode substrate is flexible and plate-shaped, it can be attached by simply placing it in the location where water leakage is to be detected or by securing it with adhesive tape, etc., making it extremely easy to attach. , its removal is also easy. When the area where water leakage detection is required is large, multiple units are installed at appropriate intervals, making it easy to find the location of the leak in the event a water leak is detected. Furthermore, since the attached items can be easily removed as described above, maintenance can be carried out reliably.

て漏水を検出する。 As shown in FIG. 3, this sensor 1 is constructed by attaching an electrode substrate 2 to a facility 7 that requires water leakage detection so that the surface with electrode plates 4 1 to 4 10 is in direct contact with the facility 7 (as required). Depending on the situation, the electrode plates 4 1 to 4 10 may be installed so that they do not come into contact with the facility 7), or they may be installed on the floor where the facility 7 is installed in the same manner as above, and the extraction terminal 5 may be line 5 1 ,
5 Connect and install the power supply 8 and alarm device 9 to the wiring connected to 2 . In the event that water leaks into facility 7,
When each of the electrode plates 4 1 to 4 10 of the sensor 1 comes in contact with water, a circuit is formed between the electrode plates of different polarities, for example 4 1 -4 6 , 4 3 -4 8 , and a current flows, causing the alarm 9 to sound. Detect water leaks.

Furthermore, since the electrode substrate is flexible, it makes good contact with the object to be detected for water leakage, so it can reliably detect water leakage even when the amount of water leakage is small, such as from dew condensation on the floor. Furthermore, even if the outer sheath of the facility 7 is made of metal, the electrode substrate 2 has electrical insulation properties, so that it can be attached directly with the electrode plates 4 1 to 4 10 facing outward. Furthermore, since the electrode substrate 2 is flexible and has a plate shape, it can be attached by simply placing it in a place where water leakage detection is required or by securing it with adhesive tape or the like, making the attachment extremely easy. Therefore, since it is easy to remove, maintenance management is easy. Furthermore, even when the area where water leakage detection is required is large, multiple units are installed at appropriate intervals, making it easy to find the location of water leakage in the event that water leakage is detected. Moreover, the structure is simple and manufacturing is easy.

Further, although the plate member 3 made of silicone rubber is used as the electrode substrate 2, the plate member 3 may be fixed to a suitable base material. Further, although the electrode plates 4 are arranged in parallel to the electrode substrate 2, the arrangement is not necessarily limited to this arrangement. In short, it is sufficient if adjacent electrode plates 4 are arranged so that they have different polarities, and The number and shape of the electrode plates 4 are not limited to those shown in the drawings.
