第１図は本考案に係る出退シーケンスチエツク
機構付きタイムレコーダの外観図で、第２図はそ
の電気的構成をしたブロツク図、第３図は勤怠デ
ータの入力順番の流れ（シーケンス）をチエツク
するチエツクマトリツクスの一例を示した図を示
し、第４図は入力が異常な場合の表示例を示した
説明図で、第５図ＡとＢはシーケンスチエツクに
異常があつた場合の表示例を示した説明図、第６
図と第７図は本考案による処理手順を説明したフ
ローチヤートである。
１はタイムレコーダの本体、２は表示装置、３
はキーボード、３ａ，３ｂ，３ｃ，３ｄは出退区
分キー、４Ｓはスピーカ、６はコード読取機、１
０はＣＰＵ、１１はＲＯＭ、１２はデータメモリ
（ＲＡＭ）。

Claims (1)
出退区分キーを備え、これ等の出退区分キーをオ
ンして社員識別用のカードを挿入すると、カード
から読取つた社員コードと出退区分及び入力時刻
から成る勤怠データが作成されて、この勤怠デー
タをデータメモリに記憶し、且つ、上位コンピユ
ータからの要求に従つて、この勤怠データを上位
コンピユータに送出するように構成したタイムレ
コーダに於いて、 カードの挿入に従つて作成された勤怠データを
一時記憶し、予め設定した時間が経過することの
勤怠データを上記のデータメモリに格納する勤怠
データ格納手段と、カードの挿入に従つて勤怠デ
ータが作成される都度、上記のデータメモリを走
査して、今回作成された勤怠データの出退区分が
、出退区分の入力順番を定めた出退シーケンスに
適合しているか否かをチエツクするシーケンスチ
エツク手段と、チエツクしたシーケンスに異常が
ある場合に、その異常の詳細を表示器に表示して
警告する警告手段とを備えて成ることを特徴とす
る出退シーケンスチエツク機構付きタイムレコー
