Claims (1)
- 高圧で粉体を含む気体の差圧検出配管と、同差
圧検出配管に設けられる差圧発信器と、上記差圧
検出配管の上流側および下流側に接続されパージ
弁を持つパージ配管とを備える設備において、上
記差圧発信器の出力を受け、出力が所定値以上の
ときトリツプ条件信号を出すモニタスイツチと、
弁開スイツチの出力を受けるＯＲ回路と、弁閉ス
イツチの出力をＮＯＴ回路を介して受ける第１の
ＡＮＤ回路と、同ＡＮＤ回路の出力を受け出力を
上記ＯＲ回路へ送る第１のタイマーと、上記第１
のＡＮＤ回路の出力を受け出力を上記パージ弁へ
送る第２のタイマーと、上記第１のＡＮＤ回路の
出力を受ける警報表示器と、上記第１のＡＮＤ回
路の出力をＮＯＴ回路を介して受けるとともに上
記モニタスイツチの出力を受け、上記設備のトリ
ツプ動作信号を出力する第２のＡＮＤ回路とを備
えてなることを特徴とする差圧検出配管のパージ
操作回路。
