Claims (1)
第一の詰物を有する第一のフイルタ手段と、筒体
内に綿繊維製の網状体の巻回物からなる第二の詰
物を有する第二のフイルタ手段とが、密閉された
所定容積の捕捉チヤンバ上に、垂直方向に並設さ
れると共に、それら第一及び第二のフイルタ手段
が該捕捉チヤンバ内に連通されてなり、圧縮空気
を、その導入管路より第一のフイルタ手段を通じ
て該捕捉チヤンバ内に導くことにより、該圧縮空
気中に存在する蒸気乃至は液状微粒子を凝縮乃至
は合体せしめて、該圧縮空気より分離せしめる一
方、かかる蒸気乃至は液状微粒子の分離された圧
縮空気を、該捕捉チヤンバより前記第二のフイル
タ手段を通じて圧縮空気の送出管路に導くように
することによつて、該圧縮空気中に残存する液状
の粒子を気化せしめるようにした圧縮空気用フイ
ルタ装置において、 前記第二のフイルタ手段の筒体内に、圧縮空気
の流通方向において前記第二の詰物よりも下流側
に位置するように、微細な連通気孔を有する筒状
の発泡体を配置し、該第二の詰物を通過した圧縮
空気が該筒状発泡体の筒壁を通つて、前記送出管
路に導かれるようにしたことを特徴とする圧縮空
