Claims (1)
- 長尺管のリーク箇所の有無を検出するための装
置において、必要に応じてコイル状に巻回された
前記長尺管を収容するたのフードと、前記長尺管
の一端側に接続されたソープシヨンポンプと、こ
のソープシヨンポンプに接続されたヘリウムガス
を検知するためのヘリウムリークデイテクタと、
前記長尺管の他端側に接続されたキヤリヤガス供
給装置と、前記フード内へヘリウムガスを供給す
るためのヘリウムガス供給装置とを備えたことを
特徴とする長尺管のリーク試験装置。
