Claims (1)
- プローブノズルとヘリウムリークデイテクタと
の間にフレキシブル細管とソープシヨンポンプを
直列に接続した、被試験容器の漏れ箇所を検出す
るための装置において、前記プローブノズル先端
にこのノズルの先端側を開放端とした２重のカバ
ーを設けるとともに、それぞれのカバーの先端側
に多孔性の弾性体よりなる環状のシール部材を配
設し、前記２つのカバーの間に形成された空間内
にシールドガスを供給するためのガス供給口を設
けたことを特徴とする漏れ探知装置。
