In the process of spreading 0A-HA in offices and homes,
Equipment such as OA, security, and HA are being improved day by day, and are constantly being rearranged and re-integrated. For this reason, double floors, which can accommodate connected electric wires, their terminals, etc., and whose positions can be easily changed, have rapidly become popular. However, until now, the only problem with double floors was the mounting structure of the floorboards, but the flood of dangerous coiled unnecessary wiring and the lack of manpower for wiring work have become serious problems.

Currently, even with double floors that allow wiring, when moving equipment, the existing wires are either too short or too long, and in order to move the wires, it is necessary to open many floorboards in the middle or pass through other wiring. It is very troublesome to do so. Even if you pull out the wires, there is a risk of damaging them, so these days, the existing wiring is often left behind and thrown away. If this continues, the space under the floor for wiring will become a graveyard for wires, and there will be no usable space left. In such cases, the power wires are secured at their ends with vinyl tape, but that tape not only loses its adhesive strength over time, but also has the added force of being pulled and layered when it is wound, and someday the tape will lift and the power wires will be exposed. It is inevitable that this will happen.

Currently, the underfloor of modern pill machines is a nest of exposed wires like a ticking time bomb, and the cotton under the floorboards, such as carpets, is often stiff, so it would not be surprising if a fire caused by an electrical short circuit occurs at any time.

Not only that, but if a fire were to occur, a large amount of toxic chlorine gas would be emitted from the vinyl electric wires, and a fire that started under the floor would inevitably be a catastrophe.

Also, if wiring is required on the floor, if the wiring can be installed by simply opening one or two of the floorboards, the wiring can be changed without moving equipment or furniture or interrupting business operations. , a construction system that eliminates the need for construction days to be concentrated only on holidays.

Based on the basic technical structure of the flooring material in item 1 above, when forming a floor on the base floor surface, the walking load on the floor covering material is applied to the floorboard, and if the floorboard is a rectangular plate-like solid, then Deflection is reduced, and the force is distributed to the base under the four corners of the floorboard, working from the bottom plate of the base to the underlying floor surface. At that time, if the base floor surface is uneven, impact noise will be generated due to the walking load, but since almost the entire bottom surface of the small-area bottom plate is pressed against the floor surface,
No abnormal noise or rattling occurs, and since the top surface of the table and the floorboard of the same size are in almost parallel contact, no abnormal noise is generated. This support method, which is divided into small units of four corner supports, is overall very effective. Walking noise is quiet.

Due to the technical configuration of the flooring material in Section 2 above, the four adjacent floor covering materials, which have lower strength than the floorboards, are always stepped on from above, so they are attached to a common corner stand at the same height as the floorboards, or By engaging with tape or hooking, the corners of the floor covering will always fit neatly. Even if the corner stand does not necessarily reach the underlying floor, and even if it rests on the corners of four floorboards, the function will be fulfilled as long as only the top part is shared.

The flooring material is based on the technical configuration described in Section 4 above, by arranging the wiring in a straight line in a matrix, and by placing the wiring in one direction continuously on the bedrests, the wiring in the orthogonal direction passes between the bedrests, In addition, it will pass under the wiring on the bedrest and cross the line at grade level. As a result of the grade-separated intersection, the wires are less likely to get tangled, and since they are straight when removed, no extra force is applied to the wires, so there is no breakage, and the removed wires can be reused.

Due to the technical configuration described in item 5 above, the flooring material prevents heat transfer to the underlying floor surface and becomes lighter. In addition, the finely divided floorboards are made of foam and rest on a cushioning base with a base, which reduces walking noise. Sound generated inside the room is also absorbed and becomes lower. Furthermore, since the bottom plate is made of styrofoam and connected with paper, even if there are small protrusions on the subfloor, they will easily dent and fit.

Based on the technical configuration in item 6 above, the flooring material is based on items 1 to 3 above.
In addition to the actions described above, for wiring between two specific points, use the intersection of the rope passing through those two points as a relay point, open the floorboards at three locations, wrap the tip of the wire you want to wire around the rope with packing tape, and send it. By pulling the rope on the floorboard at the desired location, wires can be routed in a matrix pattern between the floorboards with minimal effort, while furniture, equipment, and people above can be used as they are without having to be moved. The rope can be moved smoothly by passing it through a slippery hole at the corner of the rope, or by using a horizontally rotating pulley.

Based on the technical configuration in item 7 above, the flooring material has the functions described in the previous item,
If you arrange one group of ring ropes in the same direction as the lower net, and line up the ropes that are perpendicular to that rope and pass over the sleeper as the upper net of the side group, the ring ropes will intersect at three-dimensional angles, allowing you to connect between two specific points. The wiring can be routed smoothly with very little force by simply opening the floorboards in three locations, using the intersection of the ropes passing through those two points as relay points.

Based on the technical configuration in Section 8 above, the flooring material is placed so that the corner part of the receiving plate is placed on the inside of the base at the four corners of the bottom plate, and the two pulleys under the adjacent floorboards at the ends of the room are placed on the opposite side of the room. By looping a rope around the outside of a rectangular apex with four pulleys, consisting of two pulleys at symmetrical positions at the side ends,
The tensile force applied to the rope pushes the receiving plate in the direction of the notch, and it hits the base of the bottom plate and fixes it. Therefore, the pulley can be installed without having to be fixed directly to the subfloor, and the rope smoothly turns into a ring shape and works as a feed line. can be performed stably. In addition, the pulleys and catch plates of the same shape are used for lower ropes and upper ropes.

Regarding the flooring material, based on the technical structure described in item 9 above, in addition to the effects described in the previous item, if carpet tiles divided into the same shape are replaced and pasted separately on the floorboards, if the floorboards are laid side by side, the flooring will be made of plain carpet tiles. The pattern is composed of In addition, the carpet tiles make soft contact with the feet and have sound absorbing properties, which reduces indoor noise. The flooring material is a concrete effect of the effect described in the previous section, based on the technical configuration of item 1θ above. By attaching tiles to the floorboards, geometric striped patterns such as borders and stripes are created on the floor.

Normally, flooring materials have wood fibers running in the longitudinal direction and are strong, so if you just put them in a removable way, if there is even a slight difference in height where they are placed, it will make a squeak sound, and the temperature on both the front and back sides will increase. Even if there is a difference, an opposite will occur and the same result will occur. However, by cutting the fibers into small pieces on the back side and pasting them, or by pasting them on the floorboard with a cushioning material in between, the force in both the fiber direction and the orthogonal direction does not work, so the fibers are pasted so that they follow the subfloor. The result is a ready-to-place flooring. In addition, the backing and cushioning material prevent sound resonance, and the styrofoam has little mass and is difficult to transmit sound energy, making it difficult for floor impact sounds to be transmitted downstairs.

In addition to the above-mentioned effects, the flooring material is based on the technical configuration described in Section 12 above, and the work of pasting the parquet on the floorboards is reduced, and the collective floorboards are connected so that they can be bent at the joints, so they follow the unevenness of the base floor, making it easier to walk. When doing so, there is no abnormal noise. Also, since they are connected using high-strength sheet material, they can be cut freely with a saw.

In addition to the above-mentioned functions, the flooring material is based on the technical configuration in Section 13 above, and in addition to the above-mentioned functions, wires with relay connectors are connected one after another, the relay connectors are housed in or under the corner stand, and installed on the subfloor surface. If you install the floorboards with legs on the subfloor, there will be basic electrical wiring and relay connectors under the floorboards without any special wiring work, so all you have to do is open the floorboards and install the remaining Only short wiring is required.

Based on the technical configuration of item 15 above, the flooring material has the functions described above, and when heated air passes through the partitioned underfloor space,
Since the floorboards rest on the bottom plate and stand, which are insulating materials, it is difficult for heat to transfer to the subfloor, minimizing heat transfer loss and warming the floorboards until they reach the air temperature. The heated floorboards and surface finishing materials heat the room by radiating heat into the room as far-infrared rays.

The flooring material has the technical configuration described in item 17 above, and uses the heat pump action described above to warm the air under the floorboards to provide radiant floor heating. At the same time, the cold energy produced is cooled by the indoor unit's refrigerant coil, and by blowing indoor air from near the ceiling, the cold air is naturally diffused into the room due to the difference in specific gravity. Humans and plants are heated by radiant heat from the floor, but O, which is sensitive to heat,
Equipment A is cooled, and the generated cold and hot heat can be used at the same time in the same place, creating an extremely efficient heating and cooling system.

When it becomes necessary to wire, open the assembled floorboard where the wires will enter, and attach vinyl tape 19 to the ends of the wires 18 that you want to wire to either of the upper and lower cable ropes that go in the direction you want to send. Wrap and stop. Next, open the assembled floor board at the position of the wire transmission light, and open the assembled floor board at the relay position where the wire transmission rope passing under it is perpendicular to the rope. Then, pull the wire transmission rope that passes under it, and when the electric wire 18 comes out, pull out the length to the end of the wire, remove the tape 19 from the rope, and attach the tape to the wire transmission rope that is perpendicular to it again. After changing the stopper, pulling out the wire by pulling the wire transmission rope at the wire transmission light position, and making the connection, the wire transmission is completed by closing the assembled floorboard.

In addition, the foamed polystyrene used as the material of the bottom plate, the corner stand 6, and the pillow stand 10 in the above-mentioned embodiments may be a heat insulating material made of another foamed resin or another heat insulating material. The wire rope may also be made of vinylon or other fibers instead of nylon. Further, it does not necessarily have to be a twisted rope, but may be a protective fiber line in which a group of single fibers are covered with resin. Further, any method may be used as long as the rope can move in a circular manner without passing the rope through independent horizontal pulleys that can maintain different heights at the bending point of the transmission rope. Note that the connection method for forming a ring shape does not have to be heat welding, but may be tied or caulked with hardware.
