有機的に混合して食用を可能にした健康食品並びにその
製造方法に関するものである。
■従来の技術]
一般に、羊歯類植物については、わらび、こごめ、ぜん
まい等のように崩芽した植物体を茹でて食用に供してい
る。また、これら植物体を乾燥して保存する場合でも、
原形のまま湯水で戻して食用に供するが、これらの植物
体を粉末状にしたものは、従来はとんど試みられていな
い。
また、ドクダミ草は、ドクダミ科の多年草で、雑草とし
て各地に繁殖し、その茎は約60c!1程度、その葉は
心臓形で独特の異臭・悪臭を放つものとして知られてい
る。このドクダミ草は、古くから腫物、化膿部位などに
有効なものとされ、先祖伝来の薬草として、青汁を絞っ
て塗布したり、葉を傷口に貼付又は擦込んだりして活用
されていた。
現在でも、このように利用される場合があるが、ドクダ
ミ草は強烈な異臭・悪臭を放ち、しかも野草であってそ
の大量確保が困難である等のため、一部山村における住
民や登山家、ハイカーなどの間において、昔ながらの手
法で利用されているに過ぎず、ドクダミ草を使用した食
品類は皆無である。
更に、可食用菌茸類は、煮たり、いためたりして調理さ
れ、副食品としてはよく食用に供されるが、その食用効
果を積極的に図るべく、加工した状態で食用に供するこ
とは、従来はとんど試みられていないのが実情である。
[発明が解決しようとする課題]
以上のような現状の下では、ドクダミ草及び羊歯類植物
が食品として食用に供されることはなく、その検討さえ
されていない。
本発明者は、ドクダミ草↓こ含まれ人間の健康に極めて
有効な、例えばデカノイル・アセトアルデヒドなどの有
効成分が、ドクダミ草を食品化することで、積極的かつ
容易に人体内に吸収摂取されて食用効果を発揮するもの
と判断し、ドクダミ草の食品としての可能性を研究した
。しかし、ドクダミ草をそのままの状態で食品としたの
では、異臭・悪臭もあって到底食べられたものではなく
、また、その有効成分を人体に無理なく吸収できないと
いう課題を有していた。
また、可食用菌茸類並びに羊歯類植物については、その
食用効果が着目されてきているが、しかし、従来の調理
方法以外での利用となると、@l実的にはほとんど手つ
かずの状態であり、新規な形態の健康食品を提供するこ
とが課題であった。
本発明は、従来より食用化されていないドクダミ草の食
用化を図り、その食用効果を積極的に促進すると共に、
併せて、低カロリーで栄養価が高く評価されている可食
用菌茸類と、低カロリーで繊維質の多い羊歯類植物の食
用効果をも従来にない形態で実現する新規な健康食品と
その製造方法を提供することを目的としている。
「発明の構成」

い形態での食用化を図ることができる。
なお、本発明における可食用菌茸類とドクダミ草と羊歯
類植物との配合割合は、三者の特質が発揮でき、かつ食
品としての味覚を十分に維持できる範囲で、実施に応じ
て任意に適宜調整できる。
また、当該健康食品の加工形態については、例えば、ペ
ースト状や乾燥固形化など、実施に応して各種選択が可
能である。
(実施例)
以下、本発明における可食用菌茸類とドクダミ草と羊歯
類植物との健康食品及びその製造方法の一実施例につい
て説明する。
本実施例の健康食品を構成する一方の可食用菌茸類は、
例えば、なめこ、しいたけ、まいたけその他の可食用菌
茸類を収穫用意し、これを乾燥熱処理した後、所定の粉
砕手段で粉末又は微粉末状に加工しておく。また、他方
のドクダミ草は、採取後乾燥熱処理し、羊歯類植物は採

混合してなる健康食品が製造される。この健康食品は、
そのままで食用に供することも可能であるが、更に他の
食品と混合したり、種々の方法により調理して食用に供
することも自在である。また、上記健康食品を煎して、
その抽出溶液を飲料として用いることも可能で、健康飲
料の原材料として用いることも考慮されてよい。
なお、上記物質中に、人工的に抽出・精製された各種ア
ミノ酸類、カルシウム・マグネシウム等のミネラル類、
栄養ビタミン類等の有用な添加物質を添加してもよい。
更に、本発明の技術思想の範囲内で、即ち、可食用菌茸
類とドクダミ草と羊歯類植物とを主成分とし、三者の混
合食品の特質を失わない範囲で、他の食品を混入するこ
ともできる。特に、食用に供するにあたって、香料や各
種調味料を混合するようにしても差し支えない。
次に、本実施例の作用について説明する。
本実施例の健康食品は、羊歯類植物とドクダミ草に含有

しかも、三者共、容易に保存がきき二次加工が極めて容
易な粉末状又は微粉末状形態で一次加工しているので、
取扱いに困ることもない。
なお、本実施例における可食用菌茸類とドクダミ草と羊
歯類植物との配合割合は、三者の特質が発揮でき、かつ
食品としての味覚を十分に維持できる範囲で、実施に応
じて任意に適宜調整できる。
また、当該混合食品の加工形態については、例えば、ペ
ースト状や乾燥固形化以外にも、実施に応じて各種選択
が可能である。
「発明の効果」
以上説明したような本発明によれば、従来全く利用され
ていない形態で、可食用菌茸類とドクダミ草と羊歯類植
物とを主成分とした新規な健康食品が提供でき、ドクダ

相乗作用して、痔病等による腸内出血、消化器官からの
出血等の完全止血が可能であり、併せて人体内臓の活動
の促進化、調整化を図ることが可能なため、例えば毎日
定時に適量を食用すれば、消化器官の出血止血剤、滋養
強壮剤の役割を果たし、強壮栄養食品として極めて有益
